Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was nice, clean, and in an excellent location. Make sure that you take pictures of your golf cart upon leaving. I was charged $300.00 for a windshield. They offer no proof of the damage, and I received the message upon boarding my flight. When I inquired about the charge they just said sometimes if you hit a bump, you might put a little chip in the corner of the windshield. They said you signed a damage consent form to pay for any damages. We did not damage the windshield. Some of the staff at my Vacation Haven are great. The other half of them are so rude. Also If you do not want to be video recorded, this unit is not for you. NOTE there is a Ring Doorbell recording you. Finally, I was with my 17-year-old and his three friends. 18, 18, and 19. Management visited me, and they told me that I MUST always be with them. Or they would evict us and not refund our money. They were not disruptive, or partying, or destructive. I believe that the rental company conjured up the golf cart charge because I always did not stay with the boys.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Location was great and a short walk to the pool. The golf cart was great. I didn’t realize the small room with double beds didn’t have a door but that was my fault. Overall we will be booking again!

Its very comfortable for a family of 4, we loved the location and the having the golf cart was awesome!

Nicely updated unit in a desirable location. Couldn't ask for anything to be better or improved. Would definitely stay here again if when our family unit is booked as was the case this time. 5 stars across the board

This villa was just a short golf ride to the beach, pickle ball courts, putt putt, Baytowne Wharf! We loved jumping on the cart and getting everywhere we needed to go. The rooms were big, we slept well in the King beds, and the loft was perfect for our younger kids. Very comfy couch in the living area and big dining room table with fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 5 ⭐️

Reviewer Comments: nice unit, good furnishings. wish it had a 1/2 bath, didnt realize how important that would be to not wait for showers to be done just to use bathroom. we didn't have any serious issues but the 1 time we requested help, the staff was there asap to provide assistance. A+ service. having more beach toys or fishing poles would have been nice. there were couple of beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.
