Everything was wonderful

The best stocked rental I’ve ever booked! Eric was wonderful to work with!

We had a great stay. Everything was stocked and clean. Everyone from kids to grandparents had a great time and enjoyed the stay.

Did not lock the stairs

The property was very nice. It was clean and well stocked. We had a blast. Caught a bunch of fish and made some wonderful memories.

This home meets all of our needs! Quiet, plenty of room, nice swimming spot, and great fishing! The home is stocked perfect for home away from home! Since the location is downtown Guntersville you have access to two very good grocery stores, good fast food within walking distance and two very good restaurants Wintzells Oyster House and Top of the River. The game room is awesome! Eric, the owner is the best! He tries to meet every need that arises and provide any help! We are repeat renters and will be back again!

Inside could use some minor TLC but overall it was a good experience.

The house was ok. But boat house can not be use because owner had both sides full.

The house is ok, needing paint and other upkeep attended to. It had a significant ant problem and the pots were not suitable for use due to peeling nonstick coating. The ice maker also did not work. The owner says he has addressed these issues since our stay, but they were issues for us nonetheless. We were surprised to have so much road noise; not knowing the area before we booked we didn’t know the road immediately next to the house is very busy and noisy. Overall it was a disappointing destination. :-(

We had six guys coming in from 3 different states for a fishing trip. Excellent spot for this! Year round deep water and the dock was just steps from the house. Nice central spot for us to watch football at night and hang around the fire pit. Had a great time with the guys and will be back next time we go to Guntersville.

Excellent property. Spacious and well stocked kitchen. Entertainment for small children as well as adults. Great for a large family gathering.

Great place, excellent for a family gathering

Very clean and convenient location to Guntersville businesses and restaurants. Grandkids loved the game room and jumping off the boathouse platform. Really nice deep water around the property and no eel grass. Check in and check out was very easy. Eric is really responsive to messages.

Beautiful home on Lake Guntersville and the views are spectacular. The owner Eric was wonderful to work with and made our stay worth coming back to visit.

Second time at this property and it was excellent

Our family stayed over the July 4th holiday. House was as pictured and everything was as expected. As other reviews mentioned it is right off a main highway so sitting on the porch can be fairly loud but we did not notice the noise once inside.

Location was great! Beautiful home. Great area for swimming in the lake.
