Everything worked out well for our 3 month stay. Bike trail is awesome and just a mile ride from the house. Neighbors are all very nice and helpful. We’d return in a heartbeat!

This house is a beautiful lake front property. It is so very quiet. The half-mile street is great for walking. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions.

For a few reasons this rental has been one our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. First, the top notch hosts are very quick to respond and all around great people. Secondly, it is so peaceful and the animal life are so enjoyable to watch. Depending on if we were sitting in the back yard, on the dock, the lake or walking the neighborhood we saw hawks, sand hill cranes, gopher turtles, horses, cows and of course squirrels. Fishing is great due to the clean lake water. Third, the neighborhood is safe with no through traffic.and friendly. Fourth, the solid built house is best location in Inverness. It’s lake front on the Inverness chain of lakes, near town and the bike trail. A few other bonuses: The king size bed is very comfortable. The central AC and heat work great. There is also a whole house water softner and the Reverse osmosis water is the cherry on top. We wish we could live here year round.

It was a very relaxing 3 months. The neighborhood was great. I walked everyday and saw a lot of wildlife. The home was very clean and any time we had any questions Eric was eager to answer them. We found a lot of great restaurants and bars very close. Great location.

We were looking for a rental with access to the local bike trail.....which is a wonderful trail and is heavily used. This location is less than a mile from an access point traveling over a community road that is totally bike friendly. Additionally, the home is on a lake with a west view of the sunset and also is located very close to a pair of nesting sand hill cranes. The cranes walked across the lakeshore morning and evening with their new chick, whether we were in the yard or not. We also enjoyed watching other wildlife. Deer, egrets, ducks, alligators etc. A very calm and peaceful location. Nearby Inverness had some good restaurants and the Gulf Coast was less than an hour away......more restaurants and great seafood. The rental was spacious and in an area of owner occupied lakefront residences. There is a lot to do in the area. We familiarized ourselves with the Floral City Bike shop and learned a lot about recumbent trikes.

We have enjoyed the Lake House for three winters. And the house is wonderful. Comfortable, roomy, and located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, this home was just the perfect fit for us. But, even more importantly, I appreciated the hospitality of the owners. Great people to deal with.

This was our second winter in the Lake House. The owners are super to work with and demonstrate a caring family attitude. The House is in a quiet neighborhood that provides a restful, peaceful backdrop to the Florida winter. And we're going back!

The Lake House has the quiet and beauty that we were looking for far away from the cold northeast. The location is near enough to lots of activities but set back deep enough in the lake country to provide great views and sunsets with the Spanish moss blowing in the breeze. It is the best equipped house with great amenities. Our children also enjoyed their stays.
