Stayed Jul 30, 2025Amazing huge house! What a great space for family to come together! Our two boys loved their penthouse loft with stunning views! We had 6 of us stay and didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. The remodeled baths were excellent! The kitchen is a dream and I almost wished I planned to cook. We walked to Waterfront restaurant, enjoyed the art walk, and loved the convenience to both Boothbay and Bath! 5 Star! We loved our stay and we’ll be back!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Perfect Greenville getaway location. So much fun. If you like to cook for yourself, be sure to confirm kitchen amenities…little light on the cooking basics. Other than that, we would love to come back to this place again and again and again. Dock so cool - seaplane airshow. Amazing views.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025The house being right on the water was the seller for us. We were there specifically for fishing and exploring to find moose. 3 days was perfect for us. We then went on to Bar Harbor. With more time would have probably done the ATV tours but all the tours get pricey.

Stayed Oct 28, 2024Nice camp feel. The water is not drinkable FYI, due to high iron. Stairs to the upstairs are a little steep and narrow. Wonderful view, short drive into town. Reasonable priced but cleaning fees are ridiculous.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second visit to this location. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The rental has a nice area to sit by the water and swim. Also, I liked that it was close to the town, so groceries and activities were convenient. We played miniature golf and enjoyed the Katahdin cruise. We can certainly recommend this rental!
