Lakefront Home with Private Dock and Outdoor Fireplace

We had a great stay. Beautiful house on the lake.

Beautiful home and surrounding area. Home was clean and inviting. Great place to stay. We look forward to possibly staying here in the future. Possible improvements could be providing fitted sheets and bath towels for renters.

The home worked wonderfully for our stay in SC to attend a wedding. We had 4 children ages 2.5 yrs to 3 months and 6 adults. We had plenty of space, beds and the kitchen worked well for the variety of meals we had to prepare. The view from the living room, kitchen and enclosed porch was delightful. We would stay again!

This home is by far the best! It was so clean and spacious! The decor was amazing! The dock and lake were perfect for the kids for swimming. Beware of ants and mosquitoes, especially at night. I’m sure we will try to arrange another stay here!! Loved it!!!

This house makes you feel like you were at home. Very well stocked with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The layout was superb for the way we travel with family, friends, and children.

Very cozy lake house that was perfect for a group of a dozen guys. Great outdoor area with a grill, a dock that has above average fishing, and the place is not too far away from golf courses in the area too. Couldn’t recommend this house enough to anybody wanting a getaway at the lake

Great house for a family or group. We have stayed her several years and enjoyed the house each time. We will probably try to stay here next year.

I wanted a neutral place near Sumter/Manning for my family to spend time together for Christmas. The age range of the principal family members is 60 to 96 years old - not the easiest group to please when it comes to being away from the comforts of their own home. In this case, everyone was so pleased with the accommodations. There was ample space to prepare and serve dinner. We were very pleased with the sleeping and bathroom accommodations as well. There was even a first floor master bedroom with a master bath, which was perfect for my sister-in-law who is unable to climb stairs. If it were not for that first floor master, she and my brother might not have been able to share Christmas with the rest of the family. Though we came prepared with cooking and serving equipment, the kitchen was stocked with almost anything you could ask for. Overall, everyone was extremely pleased with the property and we look forward to another gathering when the weather gets warmer. My only constructive feedback is to consider adding an accessibility ramp for accessible entry, but even if not, our family enjoyed it enough that we'll improvise.

Great house and location, well worth the stay

Had a great time. House was perfect for size of my group. Accommodations were perfect for a bunch of contractors who also fish. I wish it had a fish cleaning station on the dock.

Sprawling and comfortable - with every amenity! Check-in process was super easy, very gracious host. Anything we needed, it was there! Cabinets and light switches are labeled. Ample parking. Spaces large enough for friends to gather. Some people in our group want to book this property to bring their families. We would definitely book and recommend this property!

The house and property was beautiful. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We spent our week fishing on the dock. The only thing i would change if i could would have been the weather. It was sunny, dry, and cold.

Amazing home I had family visiting from the UK and wanted to do something fun with everyone. This house was it, there was plenty of space for 13 of us comfortably. The kids loved being in the water. Would highly recommend and we cannot wait to return.
