Of course, you have lovely views of the lake to enjoy! Numerous gathering spaces - including one with a gas stove and one with a wood fireplace - will provide lots of fun time hanging out together. Warm up by the outside firepit on the Adirondack chairs or take soaks in the seven-person freshwater hot tub. Everyone will love the brightly colored game room spread across the entire lowest floor. It features a pool table, built-in reading nooks, a basketball game, a table perfect for late-night card games, an electronic keyboard, an electronic dartboard, and numerous retro gaming consoles. Lounge in the sunroom connecting the house and the back deck, or use the desk inside as a workspace to finish up remote work before heading outside. Enjoy a game of cornhole, gaga ball or tetherball, or launch one of the provided small boats from the dock. Wrap up the day cooking up a delicious meal in the open full kitchen (complete with a French door refrigerator and a kitchen island) or cooking up something tasty on the private gas grill.
Bedrooms in this home are spread out across this home, each with their own amenities and personality. The first bedroom is just off the living room and features a queen bed with an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Head upstairs and turn left to find the second bedroom, which is set up with a queen bed, reading nook, and double closet spaces. Down the hall, the bunk room features two twin-over-twin-over-twin triple bunk beds for younger guests who want to chat into the night. A full bathroom down the hall with a standalone shower can serve these guests. At the end of the hall lies the main bedroom of the house, featuring a king bed, a private furnished balcony, and an en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub.

There is so much to do at this house. There’s so much to do inside and outside! We had so much fun fishing and using their paddle rods on the lake!
We stayed at the property with another family, four adults and five children, and the house suited our needs perfectly! There was lots of space for everyone to spread out in the house and at the lake, and we all enjoyed and appreciated the amenities of the game room, hot tub and kayaks, rafts, etc. The owners have obviously put a lot of thought into making it comfortable and easy to stay here!
This house was amazing! They have everything that you could think of and things that you wouldn't even know to think of. The hot tub was perfect for early mornings, the lake area was very private and enjoyable. Would recommend to everyone
This house was perfect for us! Lots of activities to keep the kiddos entertained, and stocked with all the necessities that made it a no-stress stay.
This house has so many great features. Lots of activities, lots of room for people to spread out, and situated in a beautiful setting. Everything was very comfortable and easy to use. My family really enjoyed staying here. Just one suggestion to anyone renting - you might want to bring your own Tupperware for leftovers, or grab some when you get groceries. Beyond that, I can't think of anything the house didn't have stocked.
One of the best equipped houses I have ever stayed in. I would 100% use this house again.
We had a great time at the lake. The house was perfect for our family get together. The game room was a great bonus. Look forward to next year!
What a wonderful week at Laken Life!!! We got hours of use out of the boating equipment, fire pits, hot tub, and decks. And that was just outside. There were a few rain showers that forced us inside to enjoy music from the Alexas in each room, the pool table, the ping pong table and more. This home is so well stocked with everything we needed and wanted! It was hard to fit ALL the fun into a week here (hoping to take advantage of the ice cream maker next visit) but we tried. What a wonderful time away!!! Well done, hosts!
We enjoyed our stay Went by quickly Because of storms we didn’t use the hot tub outdoor theater or fire pit Missed having a bathroom downstairs on the game room floor Well stocked Thanks
Very relaxing week (7/9-7/16) with family!
Great house, lots of space and so much to do.
Kid friendly, plenty of water toys : kayaks, canoe, paddle boards. great fire pit
Awesome house and property. Better selection of cooking pots, pans, and utensils than any place I've stayed....and that matters to me. Alexa is everywhere in this house. You decide for yourself whether that is a plus or a minus. Lastly....Be mindful of all the extra costs when renting. The advertised nightly rate might be quite different from what your actual total comes out to be.
Our family had a FABULOUS time. Everyone had their own space to relax and retreat. But when it came time to gather and make the meals, the sitting room off the kitchen was a special place to socialize and laugh. Wonderful memories were made here! Thank you for sharing your house!
We had a great time! The house was bigger than we needed but had everything we wanted/needed. The basement hadn’t been vacuumed but the rest of the house was clean! The hot tub was the perfect medicine after a long day on the water. The water is a little walk thru the woods on a dirt path. Maybe they will put stone down soon and the dock could use padding for boats, but we still had a great time!
My daughter and husband were in a triathalon at Lake Anna. Nice house and conveniently located. Well stocked house with kitchen appliances, games, etc.
Easy check in, exceptionally clean, beautifully situated lake house. Had a wonderful 1st experience at Lake Anna. The owners thought of so many minor details from extra kitchen equipment to plentiful games inside and out to make the stay even more enjoyable. Well thought out, well maintained and so clean especiallyto a family that has 3 small ones! Would stay here again. Thank you, owners, for making our stay fun, relaxing and memorable!
We had a great time, thank you!
this place has thought about literally everything. they prepared EVERYTHING for us & beyond. whenever we think they can't surprise us, we were wrong. absolutely the best host with the most gorgeous house & lake. I'm really trying to think of one negative thing, but I truly can't. there are signs everywhere in the house so you're not confused. there are tons of activities to do at the lake & in the house; you will never be bored. hands down, the BEST place we booked for our big family.
