Stayed Jul 10, 2025Great accommodations and walking distance to Caddy Shack. We did not have any toddlers but the staircase gates are there if needed. We will come back next year for the Point Venture Annual Golf Tournament.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024My wife and I took our three kids and were joined by my mother and two siblings. There was ample room. Everything was great. Clean and everything in working order. It’s incredibly close to the marina. It’s a tri-level condo but not an issue for us. The upstairs area was great for watching movies as a family. We would definitely go back. Only complaint is the water level at Lake Travis.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Loved the location and views. Great privacy, nicley stocked. Everyone that joined us loved the choice we made and it was very enjoyable overall. We did notice the TV in bedroom did not have television set up and we didnt know to bring our own. Could offer a roku stick setup for it. The deck needs some TLC. There was many lifted nails that potentially could have caused injury. We did nail them back in. In the kitchen, if possible please add a grater and please update the knife set as there wasnt any sharp knives. We could have used a broom and a mop to help clean up some messes. Thank you for having your place available for us. We will be looking to book again in the future!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I can write a book kinda person, but let keep it short and sweet. Soooo, we booked the Wrong House by mistake, could not cancel. I think you got to pay insurance on that don't remember, well we didn't pay for that flexibility. Come to find out it was the Perfect House for us. Three families fit comfortably in there, with extra room. (6 adults 5 kids) House was super clean had everything we needed plus some. Location was away from our activities but the scenery made the drive a breeze. Loved all the deer in the community. Community was peaceful and clean.

Stayed May 12, 2023I'm the I can write a book person but I'll try to keep it short. The Perfect mistake: Accidentally book this house without double check location ect. (We were in rush to book, booked 6 days prior, there was no cancelation as we weren't in the 14 days before trip window, and I believe there is some kind of insurance you can purchase in case of needing a cancellation, which we didn't get either) So this house was a good distance away from our activities for the weekend but with the view driving up/down from the house made the drive a breeze. Entering the community we saw families of deer and just the community itself was nice, ppl out doing yard, work jogging around ect. It was a clean and calm neighborhood. House: Clean had everything we needed plus some. Really felt cozy. AC was great. Outside patios were spacious. We had plenty of rooms and beds for our family. 3 families: 6 adults 5 kids Would definitely stay again if we plan around this area! FIVE STARS
