Stayed Dec 12, 2025Daniel was a great host and had the house prepared and we were prepared with good instructions. He even had a Christmas tree and a few decorations out to help set the mood for Christmas spirit. The only thing I would suggest is in his directions to find the property, begin with the fact that Highway 14 is 1/4 mile into Arkansas. (We missed it in the dark, and had an adventure.) Overall, my family had a wonderful time! Thank you so much, Daniel!

Stayed Dec 20, 2025We had a great time. House is very clean, has everything you need. There was wood for the fire pit which we enjoyed every night. Probably my favorite part. Host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. We would definitely come back.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025We had a great stay! The house was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything needed to cook real meals, plus a full coffee bar, which was a nice touch.The hot tub was clean and a lot of fun, and the view of the lake from the house was absolutely beautiful. We loved how private the property felt, yet it was still super close to everything in Branson, a perfect balance.The outdoor amenities were a bonus. We used the fire pit (with wood provided!), the grill, and really enjoyed relaxing by the lake. My kids especially loved using the kayak, and there were even folding chairs, which made hanging out by the water enjoyable.Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025This was a great place for our family gathering. The waterfront was a beautiful sight each evening. The place is close enough to the many attractions of Branson, but also secluded enough for privacy. The occasional deer sighting was a treat for the kids. Check in was super easy, and the host was very accommodating. We highly recommend this place!

Stayed Jul 17, 2025Nice big house to hold our 13 person family. Kids loved playing in the water. Enjoyed playing with the kayaks. Everyone one was disappointed to leave. We had a great time.
