Lakefront Home on Jimmerson Lake, Hot Tub, Game Room, & Heated Pool

Our family and some of the kids' friends spent Easter weekend at the property. The weather would be the only complaint. It was lovely the first two days, and then it took a cold turn. The kids still used the boat, and we all used the hot tub. We made a night of the firepit. The views from inside and out are absolutely fabulous and relaxing to the soul. We are definitely interested in coming back once the pool opens.

This was a great property only wish we were there when it was warmer to enjoy all the amenities! 9 of my closest girlfriends spent the weekend enjoying the hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beds for sleeping and our favorite part... the HUGE kitchen table to drink coffee, play games and enjoy cocktails. Nice beverage cooler right off the kitchen that held all of our drinks, 2 fridges for all of our food and snacks, plenty of wash clothes, hand towels and bath towels for all of us. We were able to sit outside for a bit to enjoy the sunshine and the outdoor furniture was absolutely appreciated- they did not skimp! Every bedroom had extra blankets and pillows, closet of board games and a garage full of extras that would be able to be enjoyed in the summer. We ventured out to a few local spots for an app and drink as well. We can't wait to come back!

Thank you for allowing us to use your rental this weekend. It worked out perfect for our group. We got out around 9 am this morning and following the list of check out. All of it was great and that patio furniture is amazing. Thank you again.

This was a wonderful home to spend our family Thanksgiving location. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was well stock with all the amenities we needed. We're already planning on staying here again for next year's Thanksgiving.

Gorgeous house, perfect for our group of 12. Spacious, loved the heated pool. Would come back!

This was our fourth family stay at this lovely home. We especially love the views, the outdoor space, and the family sized dining table. Hopefully, we will return again in the spring.

Our family truly enjoyed the space. Pool and hot tub are well maintained, location is scenic and peaceful and the house was clean and spacious. Will definitely get another trip booked in the near future.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better! The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need, plenty of space on the house, pool area was amazing, tons of outdoor seating.

Great lake house for a big (or smaller) family vacation. We had 15 people, ranging from 10 years old to 76.This is our 4th time staying at the house in the past 7 years. The owners have continually improved and invested in the property and they are very responsive as well.

AMAZING!!!!!Thank You for sharing your Beautiful Lake house with us!!! You did not Miss Anything!!!The outdoor living space was Amazing!!!! From fishing off the dock, kayaking, to just hanging out in the pool watching the boys play water basketball. We rented a boat for skiing and tubing and even brought our own paddle boards. It even cooled off enough in the evening to use the fire pit. So Many WONDERFUL Memories made. We are All ALREADY looking forward to our stay next year.

Best location on the entire Lake James chain of lakes! Outdoor living space with well-maintained pool and poolside furniture, very nice and well maintained hot tub, great fire pit and seating, extensive outdoor dining, kayaks, and dock for our weeklong pontoon rental made the trip! Beautiful, well appointed, kitchen with lovely views of the lake from many rooms. Bedroom, bath, and living space layout was well suited for our 3-generation family of 10. Thanks for providing the accommodations for us to make many memorable family memories and experiences.

We have stayed at the Jimmerson Lake House for the last few years and couldn't be more pleased. Everything was absolutely perfect... the pool, the accomodations and attentiveness of the home owner. VERY highly recommend this property

Great stay! Perfect location and all the amenities were great-the pool and hot tub were well taken care of! Will definitely stay again!!

The owners forgot to clean the house before we arrived and tried to send out a cleaning crew at 4:30 which was clearly too late after we had unpacked. They asked us to leave or stay outside while they cleaned which is completely unacceptable. There were dirty sheets & bedding on the bedroom floors & the dishwasher full of dishes. The sinks and toilets had unsightly rust water stains and the hard water smells awful in the shower. The toilet in the master bathroom has duct tape on it. The owners could have done more to make it right for us but instead became rude.

Beautiful house and property but the hot tub didn’t work and there was no WiFi connection. We contacted the host regarding both issues and got no response all weekend. For the amount we paid, those things should’ve been functioning.

The spacious outside area providies close-up views of the water and wildlife. One highlight for us is the beautiful dining table which is large enough to accommodate the ten of us. It was our second stay, and we hope to have may more.

Fabulous home with everything you need! Plenty of beds for sleeping, huge dinning table, kitchen stocked with all you need, game room, hot tub, and plenty of places to sit and relax. The lake is beautiful and hot tub was much enjoyed with the chilly winter weather. Enjoyed the home and cannot wait for our next trip!

Our family came together for a stay in Fremont. Everything was as described and there was not a reason that I needed to bring our whole kitchen on our trip in order to have Thanksgiving dinner. The house had everything and more that you would need for a stay. We loved having a large beautiful table to gather around and the openness to allow us to be together. Our grandchildren loved the hot tub, watching the ducks and swans and even the fisherman’s boats! We would love to return in the future

The property is perfect for a large group, with plenty of seating both inside and out. We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the dining table that comfortably worked for our group of ten adults. The scenery is pretty, and you will be sure to see many different kinds of birds.

The pictures do not do this house justice! The updates to the kitchen space is spectacular! Our family had a wonderful family getaway to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary! The house is perfect for a big group, especially with all the thoughtful touches like the spacious fully stocked kitchen ( the best I have ever had), game / toy closet, game room, the State Park pass, hot tub and breathtaking views. We would definitely like to come back- maybe a little earlier in the season to enjoy the swimming pool!

Such a great location and beautiful view. We had beautiful weather this weekend which made it even more enjoyable. The kitchen was recently remodeled and great layout, love all the seating options both in and outside. We didn’t use the pool as much as hoped, the water was very cloudy and seemed to need a good cleaning. There were 2 towels available per bathroom (8 total bath towels) for a house that sleeps at least 14 people, so that was difficult as we hadn’t been told to bring more. Also, be careful enjoying the outside past 10pm. We had a bon fire and music at reasonable volume until about 10:15 - went inside and had the cops knock on the door for a noise complaint. Seems neighbors are not happy to be Nextdoor to a rental property as we were not overly loud or disrespectful, just enjoying 70 degree weather in October! We would return, beautiful place.

This was a fantastic house for us, our adult children and their children. The pool and hot tub were loved by the children, everyone loved the kayaking, the pool table and upstairs hang out room was a great place for the kids to play. There were plenty of beds, the kitchen was fully stocked and had crockpots, griddles and everything to cook for a large group. Having a drink fridge is just genius. Plenty of empty pantries to hold all our food. The dining room table sat 12-14 people. It was the most comfortable furniture and beds that we have ever had in a rental. It’s a very nice house and high quality everything. Not a negative thing to say about the house.

Our family enjoyed the stay we had plenty of room and enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend on this beautiful property and lake.

The house and property were absolutely beautiful. We wanted a relaxing and low key vacation for our family to be able to hang out, fish, play games and just enjoy life, THIS WAS IT! The house has everything you need, clean, organized, comfy and the best of all the outdoor patio and pool were amazing! From dips in the pool and board games on the deck to fires and s’mores at night. We are blessed to have had the week we did there! The decor inside was also great, made us feel welcome and reminded us of the reason we don’t take things for granted!! My whole family loved it! Will definitely be back!!! Thank you!

The house was excellent. Very clean, exceptionally spacious....3 separate areas inside to hang out and location was superb. We played darts and also used the pool table. The kitchen was great and all utensils and appliances were provided. The Pool was wonderful and there is beautiful seating for 20 plus guests and the hottub was great as well. The property manager was very helpful. The lakes were all fabulous. We rented a pontoon and it was awesome. We had a blast parking the pontoon at the Sand bar location on lake James and eating at the food boat. Jimmy and Yonna were very kind and Jimmy's wings were delectable. The mexican restaurant in town was good and the watershed restaurant was excellent. The bait shop was very helpful and navigating the chain of lakes was simple. We will definitely come back agsin. Side note: the handle on the beverage refrigerator needed to be fixed but we managed. Also, the electonic reclining couch had 1 seat that was stuck but we also navigated that issue easily. The showerhead in the master bedroom needs to be updated/fixed too. All minor issues.

We had a wonderful low-key family vacation at your beautiful home. It had everything we needed for our group of 14 people varying in age from 10 to 79. The pool was a major asset for us as it was perfect weather to enjoy it. We rented a pontoon and brought a jet-ski and the dock was great for all of us to enjoy the nice lake. next year. The kitchen-dining area and the patio area were fabulous. We hope to return next year.

Gathering of 5 siblings and their spouses and significant other. We enjoyed the beautiful remodel on the main floor. Loved the large spaces and multiple spaces for us to use.

All I can say is AMAZING!!! Your BEAUTIFUL Lake House reached ALL of our EXPECTATIONS and MORE!!! From the Spacious kitchen equipped with EVERYTHING you could imagine including a beverage Fridge which was a hit, the swimming pool, hot tub and all the different seating areas outside was SO SO NICE with Beautiful views. A couple cooler evenings, a bonfire and s’mores was the perfect way to end a busy day out on the kayaking, water skiing and tubing. SO Many PRICELESS Memories made by all. Thank You for sharing your Beautiful Lake House with our Family and we are Already looking forward to coming back next year and making more.

We were so happy to get a week at your house. We loved the house with so many bedrooms. The pool and hot tub were incredible. The kids were never bored. The best was the fishing our 9 year old caught 13 large mouth bass. Everyone enjoyed the docks for fishing and sunbathing. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!
