Lakefront Hideaway on Greers Ferry Lake near Narrows bridge! Higden AR

The house had everything you needed and a great view and Mark, the host, was very responsive!

Pos /the house was very clean and roomy the back porch was wonderful. Plenty of bathrooms We had a group of 7 men and we enjoyed it alotNeg /the propane tank for the gas grill was completely empty The house has some very steep stairs to the upper bedroomsOne of the bedroom has a 4 inch stepdown right at the door way as you step inside no warning very easy to fall And then once inside the room you have another 4 inch step up to go into the bathroom Beware this is a trip hazard.Overall the house was great and we would probably stay again.

Nice clean house with beautiful view and plenty of amenities.

Property was great, good area and near to everything. There is an issue with the pathway to the lake from the house. They are in a regrowth period and there is no clear path from the house to the lake. This was unfortunate because I booked the house planning on taking the kids down daily to go swimming. The view of the lake is beautiful and the kids loved watching the boats go by. Would stay again.

This property was amazing! Centrally located in Higden, AR with amazing lake front views. We really enjoyed our time at Mark’s property. The living room and dining room area were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the lake. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed! We spent a lot of time on the screened in back patio. We brought our own paddle boards and were able to walk down to the water and enjoy the convenient lake access. The house was perfect and if we ever find ourselves back in the area, we will definitely look here again!

The lake house was exactly as advertised and more. The inside of the home was clean, well maintained , and decorated nicely. It was very cozy with plenty of room for us to hang out. The screened in porch and lower patio had plenty of seating with a spectacular views of the lake, especially at sunrise and sunset. We saw lots of birds, a deer with 2 fawns, and a beaver.The only reason I gave a 4 for the cleanliness of the property is because the front porch, and outside areas hadn’t been swept in a while. Other than that..5s all around! It was the best place we stayed on our vacation.

Stayed here with my family and my sister in laws family. Very nice house. Plenty of space for us and our kids. Close to the lake. The screened in back porch was amazing! House was clean and smelled really good! Great place to stay at if you want to see Heber Springs. Only a 30 minute drive to Dan Site Rec Area!

We had a wonderful time. The house and amenities were wonderful. Host was very courteous and responsive.

The house was spacious and well appointed, allowing my family to enjoy time together playing games or watching a movie or spread out to read or have some down time. It was clean and well stacked for our 4 night stay! And the view of the lake was amazing!! Thanks for helping to make our family gathering a special one!

Overall, the place was very comfortable with nice amenities. The host was responsive to questions. Our only complaint would be that one of the neighbors was having renovations and the noise disturbed the tranquility. I realize tjis was beyond the hosts control.

Clean spacious well stocked. Loved the view and the decks. Beds were comfortable. A lot of room for parking. Communication with owner was great. We have stayed at a lot of houses on Greers Ferry Lake and everyone in our group said this was their favorite house. We hope to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Home is beautiful with all the amenities. Plenty of room to move around. Spacious screened in porch to sit on and enjoy the evenings bug free. Access to the lake is a little challenging, but we managed just fine. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Beautiful spot on the lake.

House was great. The new back patio is a great addition. We were a returning guest.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The home had everything we needed and the view of the lake was beautiful. My favorite part of the home was the screened back porch. My only con was the path down to the lake. It was not sturdy and could easily be a trip hazard. Definitely watch your step as you climb down. I would suggest a rail be installed at some point. Other than that the home was perfect! We made a lot of fun memories, grilled delicious food, and enjoyed our time playing in the lake. Thank you ?

Very much enjoyed the property, everything was as advertised. Great view from the back patio, owner of the property emphasized safety when navigating our way down to the lake. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Our family had an amazing stay at this house. Nice quiet neighborhood and Plenty of space inside and outside the home. House was very clean and we loved the back screened in porch. A short hike and you can be down to the lake in minutes. Owner was very nice and we had no issues. 100% would go back to this Home again!

The screened in porch allowed for us to enjoy the outside, even in the rain. The kitchen was fully stocked. The table big enough for lots of board games. The access to the water was not flat but fairly easy and the ‘beach’ area really nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. . It was so fun and so many memories were made. The home was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed it so very much ! We will definitely remember this place for the rest of our lives and plan to go agian next year . The view from the covered screened in porch was so amazing and there was great access to the lake! We had lots of fun down there swimming with the grandkids ! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
