Stayed Jun 14, 2025Beautiful place with lots of space to hang out. We enjoyed the deck areas and had plenty of room to accommodate our family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans you may need to cook. There was a nice concrete walk to get down to the lake, which is on an end of a cove. The trek up from the lake was breathtaking and challenging to those who are not super fit ;)

Stayed Aug 2, 2024We had two families with 9 people total, age 15 and up. House was perfect for our group, plenty of places to sleep and spread out, lovely peaceful backyard, and well located to area activities. The path down to the lake was very steep but nothing we couldn't handle. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed Jul 15, 2024Absolutely loved our stay! The home (& kitchen) is so well appointed we lacked nothing. Very clean, organized. Gorgeous property, lush grass, trees. Pictures can't capture that yard. Enjoyed cornhole game provided. Saw deer and fox several times. Kayaks convenient at the dock, great for excercise, seeing the lake, and kept our 3 teens off their cells phones! Rented a boat from the marina (one street away). Teens loved having a private downstairs entertainment space, air hockey. Lovely decks and patio furniture. Could not be better! Thank you for sharing your lovely home (and the family amenities, games - very grateful and appreciative). We love the warm people of Arkansas!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was very cozy and clean and enough room for our family of seven. We enjoyed playing games and watching movies at the house. The views are spectacular even in winter time. We also enjoyed touring Bentonville going to the Listening Forest at crystal bridge. My niece wants to go back in the summertime so we can kayak.

Stayed Nov 19, 2023The House was amazing with so much room available. The house offered every accommodation you could imagine having for your family on a vacation, even an infant bed. The only flaw with our stay is the lack of hot water in the master bathroom. The Jacuzzi had somewhat hot water just not a lot but the shower absolutely did not heat up at all, we took our showers in the other restroom which heated up with all the hot water you could ask for. Overall the stay was fantastic and would stay again. No issues with the owner, she was very very nice and even checked up on us to see if we were able to enter okay and fast responding.

Stayed Oct 19, 2023This was a bicycling weekend for family and friends from all over the US. The two complete kitchens helped with planning for those who live in different time zones. The west coast people could sleep in while those from the central time zone could be up, fed, and on the bike trail. With two kitchens we could also meet different dietary requirements. Vegan, vegetarian, etc. There was plenty of silverware, beautiful cooking utensils, a Ninja blender, and lovely Corell dishes. We enjoyed the kayaks and the beautiful outdoors. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family! We enjoyed the time there very much!
