Lakefront Getaway on Lake Lanier w/ Boat Dock

It was a beautiful property and had great space for our family. The neighborhood was also very quiet and in a great location. The lake view was also a plus.

My family of 7 slept comfortably in this 3 bedroom lake house. It has a beautiful back yard view of the lake view and 2 story boat dock. Also the view of forest trees with white-tail deer herd of bucks, does, baby fawns, and large flying sand-hill cranes! It's Very amazing to watch nature from the patio. 2 Kayaks for 3 people to fit with paddles and lots of life jackets to use. I brought fishing rods to fish but didn't get a chance to go fishing since it rained. The house has everything a family needs from spice cabinet, utensils, pots and pans, hotel towels, very small hotel bar soaps, very small hotel shampoo and conditioners so bring your own personal products for showing if you have a large group. Air conditioner and refrigerator Ice maker works great! Bring flashlights if you plan to walk to the back yard trail path to the boat dock or fire pit although they already have lights that light up the trail you may need extra light to watch your step. This lake house is super clean and very decorated. If you BBQ bring a spectacular and extra garbage bags for inside and outside the house. They have lots of extra pillows, quilts and blankets. They have a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Couldn't believe a place like this on the lake with tree's has had NO moscitos! Keep the kitchen clean since they do have tiny ants that can get on kitchen counter tops so don't leave food out! This is a Fantastic lake house! Take care of it!

The kitchen was sufficient for our group, house was clean, beds were very comfortable, the dock was great for swimming and sun bathing! We enjoyed our time here.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The lake house was lovely. The only feedback we would suggest is to have trash bags or let us know if we need to provide our own. There were no trash bags in the kitchen trash bin and had to do our best with no bags. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The house was excellant, very clean and a great location. Loved all the porches and the flowers. Everything was very clean. the whole family loved it. we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend

I was looking for an effortless, gorgeous and beautifully relaxing getaway and that is EXACTLY what I got with this property and this town! The historic beauty and upkeep of the properties in the town of Buford alone was breathtaking! But, the actual house, lake and property were pristine and I will definitely revisit this location, upon owner approval of course! ? Thank you so very much to the owners of this beautiful property for sharing their home! ❤️

The cottage was the perfect place for our short visit to the area. Although the weather did not cooperate for our planned fishing time, the area provided many great places to visit/eat/drink as an alternative. The cottage was as advertised and a great quite respite for my wife and I. We will definitely keep it in mind if we decide to come back to the area.

Cozy home in a beautiful property. It was the perfect house for our family. Great for the summer months to really enjoy the lake.
