Lakefront Escape at Summer Breeze w/ Private Dock w/ Kayaks

This property was PERFECT! We have stayed at many properties across the lake and this was our favorite. No Steps! Quiet cove! Clean!! Local pizza delivery and a grocery within 10 minutes! Perfect property!

Beautiful home. Three of the bedrooms have doors. 3 full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is the loft with 2 twin beds. The ladder is very sturdy. Kids loved the loft. Hot tub works great and gets hot. The cove was great for using our paddle boards and floating mat that we brought. I contacted the owner to rent their pontoon boat. He answered immediately and had everything ready to go as we requested. Highly recommend this place! No complaints at all.

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed. We have rented VRBO’s for the last 12 years. This house was the most cleanest. No big hill to walk up at the end of a long boating day. We boated, load on jet ski, we got out on the kayaks and did some fishing. Straight dock marina was really close so we ordered pizza our last night (super good),they delivered right to our dock. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything. We loved the TV’s in all the bedrooms. The porch and grill were great, plus the big hot yup. Very happy and we will be back!!!!

We enjoyed our family time at your house. The owner Gunner replied to messages quickly. The house was clean and very updated and also quiet/secluded. Enjoyed the kayaks and the pontoon we rented.

Great house, great location on the lake! The house had a ton of great amenities: hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc! Commutation was amazing! Great place for our family trip!

We had an amazing time at this lake house! We stayed for 3 nights with our adult children and their families, and everyone had a great time—with plenty of space for each of us to relax and enjoy.The lake views were beautiful, and the property had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Despite the rain, we were still able to kayak, fish, boat, and gather around the campfire. We also grilled out and cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen—it truly felt like home.The house was immaculately clean, and the host was fantastic—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, which made the experience seamless and relaxing.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. We would come down at a different time of year, if we were to come again. We were unable to kayak, which we really wanted to do. Would be nice to have cushions on the deck furniture and coffee tables. There's no place to put a drink when your watching TV. Overall, we had a very nice stay. P.S. clean the beautiful upper window in the living room.

Host was awesome! Went above and beyond for our group. The house and property are in great shape. Pro’s: The house is clean and in great shape (very close to Marina as well) Great views! Great appliances and dishes + cups + Utensils - they have it all Ability to rent a boat from the host! Super easy and convenient. Con’s: Upstairs room and latter are very steep. Not ideal for kids. The lake was too low for us to use the dock or swim. Neighbor are very close (but we didn’t notice them) We would stay again!

Best place we have ever stayed at Norris Lake! The house was super clean, well stocked and the host is a great communicator. The location is amazing! There are only a few other homes in the cove so it feels private. The covered dock is a big plus and we enjoyed swimming off of it.

Amazing property and location!

The house was just as pictured. We had everything we needed (would suggest adding a nonstick pan to the kitchen collection). Access to the dock was perfect, lake was almost full pool, 10/19 while we were there 3rd week of May. Perfect for our boat which is a deep V. Kids loved the loft and the hot tub in the evenings. The location is wonderful, close to town yet you feel very seclude. Kids also really enjoyed the kayaks, they practically had the whole cove to themselves. We will stay again.
