Welcome to your lakeside retreat, where style meets tranquility. This scenic property offers a harmonious blend of modern finishes and natural beauty. The spacious interior features an open-plan living area with panoramic lake views, creating a serene backdrop. Outside, enjoy the dock and decks, perfect for entertaining or simply soaking in the stunning views. With direct lake access and meticulously landscaped grounds, this home is a haven for relaxation and quality time.



With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it’s the perfect space to accommodate groups of family or friends. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, each with their own ensuite bathroom. There is a third bathroom on the main floor by the bedrooms and just off of the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The primary bedroom (king) features a 3-piece bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second main floor bedroom (double) features a 2 piece bathroom (no shower/tub).



On the basement level, there are two additional bedrooms (queen and two twins) with a full bathroom in the same hallway that features a shower only (no tub). Each basement level bedroom has views of the lake and there is access to the backyard from the basement exterior door.



The lake is clear with a shallow entrance, so it is ideal for swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding.



Just steps from the property you will find County favourites like Cressy Mustard, Waupoos Estate Winery & Restaurant (vineyard is viewable from the property), Creasy Apple Orchard, County Cider Company and more.
