Stayed Jun 29, 2025The condo itself was nicely renovated. The top of the bunk bed was pretty shaky, my 14 year old had to put the mattress on the ground and sleep. The actual grounds is pretty rundown, pool area rundown. Overall quiet place and actual condo inside is nice.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Our stay was good overall. There were some major issues that occurred from the people checking out ahead of us, and did delay our checking in. However, Edith and RJ (owners) are on top of communication and called me immediately to discuss my options. We chose to wait until they had the house ready instead of a refund due to the holiday weekend and no where else to go. They made sure everything was back to their standards prior to check in and did a walk thru with us upon arrival that evening. I appreciate their honesty with the situation with the prior tenant and they worked hard to ensure those issues were resolved quickly and professionally. They checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well, and even gave recommendations for local things to do. Neighborhood was quiet, didn't get to use the community pool due to storms, but it looked clean and well kept. House was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Parking was assigned, so I never had to find a place. There were a few restaurants nearby, but we mostly spent time with our family at the beach in Clearwater. We would definitely rent again from Edith & RJ if we're ever back in the area. ?.

Stayed May 22, 2024Its a beautiful condo. Sitting on the balcony, with my coffee in the morning was delightful. Its very peaceful. The pool was fun. A nice way to cool off. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch, watching the birds and other wildlife. Having a washing machine and dryer was fabulous!!

Stayed Feb 23, 2024The condo was spacious and comfortable but the best part was the canal the property sits on. Gorgeous trees with Spanish moss, cypress, and birds galore. Loved it!
