The Space:

The loft of the town-home is the fourth bedroom, and not recommended for those who may have difficulty with climbing, or very young children.



Guest Access:

Other amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool. The recreation area is a short, pretty walk from the town home, and is open all year, (with the exception of maintenance closure, one week in the spring and fall) along with a club house, coed sauna and exercise room. The recreation area also includes tennis courts (lakeside) and a pier, great for swimming, fishing or for picking up guests in your boat.



The Neighborhood:

We are located the north shore of Lake Tahoe and the area offers you a kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle); from skiing and boating, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening in front of the fire. This vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, week or month away from it all.



Getting Around:

We are close to a T.A.R.T. bus stop which runs to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach , Incline Village and back again!

There are taxis available in the area however, Uber and Lyft are a rarity.



Other Things to Note:

The loft space is NOT part of rental and is subject additional cleaning fee and a penalty of up to $500/night if used.



There is a three vehicle limit for this unit.

Full time staff in onsite Rental Office. 7-days a week 9 am- 4pm

    Love the property grounds. The unit was nice and comfortable. The only negatives were that the master bathroom is teeny, and I don't think the master bed is a queen. It is a double.
