This Kings Beach townhome comes with modern furnishings and an updated kitchen. This space promotes relaxation, rejuvenation and connection with loved ones and the extraordinary outdoors. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets over Lake Tahoe, from the patio dining table or hanging chair. The master bedroom has a Cal King bed and a 55 smart TV. The living room sofa also turns into two twin beds (linens provided) if desired. This is the perfect escape at Brockway Springs!

The Space:

Please note: The living room does not have a TV, and there is no cable to the unit.



Guest Access:

Other amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool. The recreation area is a short, pretty walk from the town home, and is open all year, (with the exception of maintenance closure, one week in the spring and fall) along with a club house, coed sauna and exercise room. The recreation area also includes tennis courts (lakeside) and a pier, great for swimming, fishing or for picking up guests in your boat.



The Neighborhood:

We are located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe and the area offers you a Kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle); from skiing and boating, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening in front of the fire. This vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, week, or month away from it all.



Getting Around:

We are close to a T.A.R.T. bus stop which runs to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach , Incline Village and back again!

There are taxis available in the area however, Uber and Lyft are a rarity.



Other Things to Note:

There is a two vehicle limit for this unit.

Full time staff in onsite Rental Office. 7-days a week 9 am- 4pm
