Incorrect golf cart, photo showed much nicer one the one we were given had electrical issues the first night had to drive in the dark with no lights was almost killed. Then they argued with us of all things. Then we had electrical issues in the condo had to go to bed early cuz they couldn’t fix it til the next day.

Our Air conditioner broke on day 1. they tried to fix it and then we were told it needed replacing. they brought us fans and offered to move us but to a unit that had 1 bathroom and it was a studio. I needed a condo, single story, with 2 bedrooms and needed to be close to the rest of my group in another unit that I rented. They told me to go stay in the other unit with the rest of my group, We would not have all fit, and they were not offering me a full discount to move. So, we stayed and it was hot. At the end of the stay, I received a bill for 2 fans that they claimed were missing $100.00. I certainly did not steal two box fans to take on my flight home. The unit was dirty; the silverware had been put away dirty. The furniture was ripped. The floor was gross, I went to vacuum and the vacuum was broken. I called the rental agent. They delivered a new vac in the box and required assembly. So, we put it together. I should have charged them for cleaning! Anyway, I would not stay in this unit again. I think you should take pictures when leaving to document in case they charge. You have no recourse against them; you just charge them anything they want. You signed an agreement, they said. I will use a different rental company in the future. The location is excellent, this unit needs some TLC.

Overall the place was good but the refrigerator froze all our food, half of the electrical plugs weren't working, had to run extension cords. Golf cart was not working and was not charging at all had to run other extensions cords and also light bulbs on one of the bedroom was not working.

The location was great, house was fully stocked, very clean, and the management company checked in several times to make sure we were okay. We will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful stay here in the Miramar Beach area. The townhouse was wonderful and in a great location. Riding the gold cart around the grounds of the resort was enjoyable in the evening and very convenient. Looking forward to a return visit!

Kitchen stocked with everything we needed the nights we cooked in. 6 seater golf cart was the bomb. We used it to drive to dinner, golf courses, and shopping. Some of our friends stayed in condos in the same complex that were dated and not as nice as this one. Spotless. Great communication with My Vacation Haven when I wanted an extra blanket. Higjly recommend.
