The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, boasting Dekton engineered stone countertops, well-appointed appliances, and ample cabinet space. This kitchen is perfect for preparing your favorite meals. A convenient half bath completes this level, providing comfort and ease.

Lower Level:
The walkout lower level offers additional living space with a cozy family room, perfect for summer months. Please note that this area is not heated and may feel too cold for use during the winter. For colder months, the main living areas upstairs remain warm and inviting, with the pellet stove creating a cozy atmosphere. This makes the lower level ideal for relaxation and spreading out during warmer seasons.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside onto your private composite deck with vinyl railings and an awning, the perfect retreat for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The entire all-season lake house is yours. You will simply access the house with a code that we'll provide prior to your check-in date. Up to six parking spots in the driveway with one EV charging station are available for your use.

NOTE: For your security, the front door, the driveway, and the outside deck overlooking the lake will have Ring cameras. ONLY the outside has cameras for your safety.

Life vests must be worn near or on the water when using any of our provided canoes, paddle boards or kayaks.

NO SMOKING: Any evidence will result in additional cleaning fees.

EXCESSIVE NOISE or PARTYING: The house is in a residential community, so please be respectful of residents living on the lake and in the neighborhood. If there are any reports of noise from other neighbors, we will ask you to leave WITHOUT a refund and NO second chances. Only registered guests (maximum 8, including children) are allowed in the house; no extra guests are allowed. All guests must be registered on the VRBO website, and the main booking guest must be 25 years old or older.

We require all guests to sign the rental agreement.
