Location is incredible. The unit needs some TLC. No AC is an issue. It made the BR in the loft unusable. Way too hot. Every bed is rock hard. The back deck could use some help. None of the screens fit the windows or door so we had an issue with bees and other stuff getting in the house. We would rent in Lakeland again, just not that unit.

Had beach toys, quiet, 2 steps from beach so made easy with a toddler . Plates for toddler , tent for wind, literally everything. I have never seen a rental with so many things and across the street is Grocery store . Best ever

Our extended family rented units in Lakeland Village for a long weekend. This unit was ideal. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable both in accommodations and lounging space. The kids spent all day in the sand while us adults relaxed while watching them from the deck. We had everything we needed including cookware, toiletries, towels, and beach toys. Great place. We'll be back! needed to cook

Staff were responsive when we needed batteries replaced in the remotes. Highly enjoyed our time there, and it was very peaceful, went in april for skiing and really enjoyed the hot tub and jumping in the lake as well. Would stay again. Customer oriented management company and highly responsive. Excellently located right across the street from whole foods.

Awesome views

Home was beautiful. The loft at the top was extremely hot and right next to the heater vent. You will hear everything when the heater kicks on. Some damages to the bathroom but overall no bugs or mice. Good size rooms for 4 guys.

I met friends in Tahoe and we all came together to enjoy a week on the lake. The property is right on the water of the lake and it made for beautiful morning views before hitting the slopes. The kitchen was well apointed with Sub Zero refirgerators and all of the things we needed to cook were available to us. The fireplace was warm, and the bedrooms comfortable. The pier was just a few houses down and made for a great photo with friends. The jacuzzi was large and close by- a little crowded, but we found a time where it wasn't. Alll in all, it was a great place to stay and allowed for us to have more time together due to its convenient location. There's a wine bar 10 minutes walk to the west, and there's a whole foods accross the street. I'd highly recommend this location with a group of 4 or more friends to enjoy it all. It also was children friendly with a sweet loft on the 3rd floor.

Just wanted to get away for a few days to relax.

Gorgeous beach front home with everything you need to enjoy a fabulous time!! We were warned about bears being in the area and we did see a few of them. Nothing to be scared about, actually pretty cool to see, just be respectful and aware of them. Great location, we will be back!! Host were great to work with and responsive to any questions we had.

The property is well appointed with everything we needed. Property manager maintained excellent communication before and during our stay. View is incredible. Seating is comfortable and plentiful. Beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our fifth year back! Always easy to work with the property management. Only downfall is the lack of A/C during the warmer July days - seemed to be warmer this year than in previous years. Otherwise, perfect location! And management responded to beach clean up we had requested very quickly!

We sit on the deck every morning and evening with our coffee. Our granddaughters love it . This time though, the mattress in the upper loft is completely collapsed and no good , my granddaughter rolled out of the bed and could not sleep there. Decor could use an update. Still love being there. There was a problem with a water main break and had dirty water for a little while.
