Lakefront 2-bed house in Oshkosh with dock!

Cannot say enough good things. Pictures do not capture the well appointed cottage. Small footprint but never felt crowded and all the amenities and more for small or medium size group. Brenda was more than responsive and accommodating. Hope to schedule another visit!

The property was just as described, well stocked, clean and Brenda was very responsive. We loved that it was a quiet and relaxing spot for our girls getaway. We all agreed that we would be back in the summer months to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities. Highly recommend this spot!

The house had everything we needed as a family of four with two young kids. Brenda was great to communicate with, detailed notes in the house were very helpful, and we enjoyed all the amenities provided. We were really wishing it was summer so we could have enjoyed all the extra outdoor amenities!

The cottage was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Brenda has thought of everything from family games, to night lights, to dog toys. We went ice fishing and loved that we could walk right out the back door to our spot.

Had everything needed to cook, amazing sunrise and sunsets and quiet location. Perfect for dogs and space outside for them. Would recommend to anyone! All the neighbors were friendly as well

I highly recommend a stay at Brenda's lovely summer home on Lake Butte des Morts! The view of the lake is stunning and much closer to the house than the pictures make it look. Brenda had taken the time to decorate the house with Halloween decorations, which made everything so welcoming...like a home away from home instead of an impersonal vacation rental. The house has many thoughtful touches, such as a small table with two stools located behind the couch so that you can sit and eat while enjoying the lake view, not to mention many board games, tv's located in each bedroom, the kitchen/family room area, and the basement, and a welcome basket filled with s'more makings and water bottles. She supplies shampoo and body wash, dish soap and hand soap, plenty of towels, etc. The decor is cozy. The house is extremely clean! We particularly enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with the propane coffee table on, having a drink before dinner in the evening. We visited in late October--I would love to come back in warmer weather sometime to enjoy swimming in the lake. Brenda was a great hostess, extremely friendly and responsive to all my questions. Great experience all around!

The entire house was set up perfectly! Well labeled with everything you need to feel at home. The house is very clean with bright white linens, fluffy pillows and comforters, and the most comfortable mattresses. The entire space is decorated in a way that looks like a magazine, and is so welcoming, cozy and comfortable. The pet area is super convenient and cute, located right off the sunroom. WiFi signal was strong and there are smart tvs in every room. The real WOW factor for me was the AMAZING view, both outside and inside from the huge patio doors in the open concept kitchen/living room. There’s also firewood supplied, and we had the best time having a campfire with s’more makings also supplied by this incredible host!!

We had such a nice time! Although listed as a two bedroom there is so much space with the sunroom and extra space. Lots of amenties and well stocked. We will be back!:)

Quiet and relaxing vacation. Slept like a baby.. very comfortable bed. So glad we could bring our pug.. she enjoyed it as well!!

The place was exactly as advertised. It was a great location for staying on the lake yet was within driving proximity of other places to go to shop.Plenty for everyone to do. Lots of yard games and Floaties. Will definitely recommend this place.

A fantastic home that gave us the perfect lake house experience. The quiet private driveway and great neighbors provided solitude. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life.

The house was super cute and you have everything that you need under the roof and then some. The yard is spacious and private. The morning sunrises and evening sunsets were amazing. Lots of birds in the yard, ducks, and osprey. Brenda was a great host and very responsive. No communication issues whatsoever. We enjoyed our week here and would do so again!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view and nature. The location was perfect for day trips to Green Bay, Twin Lakes, and other nearby places. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and would love to come stay again!

This is a great lake house and everything as advertised. Very clean, all the needed amenities and perfect location on the lake with a dock and on a quiet road. Looking to stay here again during our next trip to the Oshkosh area.

People accommodations were good. Beds good and overall everything was clean. Pet was given his own drawer of toys and couch area. Large back yard area to play ball. Enjoyed our time there

Brenda’s place is a perfect location to unwind. We stayed here during the WI summer and spent most of the time on the deck and cooking in. The neighborhood was quiet and we would definitely visit again.

Perfect location and extremely comfortable! Enjoyed the deck and the views were beautiful! We cooked in both nights. Beds were comfortable. We will stay again next time we are in Oshkosh.

This cottage exceeded our expectations. I've never seen a cottage so stocked with everything and anything you could possibly want or need. It had dog toys, poop bags, dog bowls, a welcome snack tray of goodies for the humans, coffee supplies, games, baggies, etc., paper plates, shampoo, an extra basement bonus room with more games, a screened in sun porch, a small fenced area for the pups, an adult basket swing, fire pit, lake toys, beach towels..........I could go on and on. This is a beautiful cottage and it was so clean and so unique. We would HIGHLY reccommed!!

The property manager was nice and easy to communicate with. The property itself is just as pictured. The area is easy to get to and quiet. There were cute little touches and extras; like specific dog blanket and bowls and welcome snacks. Unfortunately we were there mostly to just sleep so I can’t comment on much more.

Went with a friend for 3 nights and didn’t want to leave! Owner was easy to communicate with and the cottage was very well-stocked. Hope to return soon!

This is a lovely cottage that is well appointed and has everything in it that you could need for a vacation. The lake was larger than I anticipated. Our host was lovely. She was willing to answer my many questions as I had never used VRBO. Our pup enjoyed the dog toy drawer but was not crazy about the artificial turf in the dog area. I think he thought it was carpet and wouldn't use it!.

Fabulous place. So nice after a long workday

We had a great long weekend stay over Easter at the cottage on the lake. Welcoming from the beginning, the house only got more welcoming around each corner. The owner even surprised us all with Easter specific decor. Property is well kept. We enjoyed wetting a line in the lake, the grill, and the beautiful deck.

This rental was everything my family could have imagined for a few nights away from home. Being right on the lake gave us gorgeous sunsets and plenty of time outdoors. Our dog and 1 year old daughter equally loved the porch! Brenda was an A host! She had great communication before our trip and responded right away with any questions we had during our stay. My husband and I appreciated all of the little treats and notes she left out for us when we arrived. We would highly recommend this rental and would 100% come back!

I have friends and family in the Oshkosh Area and stayed at this Cottage with my dog so I could visit with them. The cottage had everything I needed including lots of supplies for the dog. It was located in a quiet neighborhood but on the lake . The owner was quick to respond when our coffee maker didn't work and brought us a replacement which we really appreciated . I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area .wereappreciatedmneighborhood lake

Cottage is amazing; nestled in a quiet neighborhood, private & cozy, lakeside view awesome. With town only a short drive away, the location is very convenient. Host is great, thank you for sharing this wonderful place!

All very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Air filter in every room. Well supplied kitchen. Bonus yoga mat and guitar!

Brenda was a spectacular host. She offered early check-in but we ended up working late so she offered late check out. Had everything we needed and more. Pet friendly for our pup as well. Would love to come back again!

Went to Oshkosh for Thanksgiving. The host Brenda was wonderful to make sure we had everything(codes, address, etc).The house was wonderful as well. Enough space for our family without being cramped up in a hotel room. Home away from home. We have a dog but didn’t bring him on the trip this time but wish we would have because he would have loved it, items provided for him. My 6 year old enjoyed it as well, there were items there for her to play with.Highly recommend

My husband and I needed a weekend away to just unwind and enjoy some quiet activities. This lake front cottage gave us just that. The home itself had everything we needed, and more we hadnt expected. Brenda had the cutest bowl with welcome snacks and waters which was such a sweet touch. We enjoyed the multiple spaces for relaxing. I spent much of the time reading with a blanket on the comfortable patio furniture and my husband enjoyed the porch space with the space heater working on a model. The home felt private while also being close enough to the city if you wanted to do shopping or grab a bite to eat. All in all, we would certainly book here again for another couples weekend away!
