This is a semi-detached family friendly unit. 2 living rooms and a game room with plenty of games for rainy days. The entire three floors is private and sectioned off and completely yours to use, as well as a completely fenced in backyard with a Summer hot tub (shut down when weather is below 35) and 4 out door decks plus one screened in porch. There is a gas grill and a gas fire pit on the deck. There is direct access to Lake Winnipesaukee with a 40 foot dock directly across the street.

Stayed Dec 29, 2025The place was a great size for a large New Year's gathering and very clean! The host was extremely responsive, even reached out before our stay when the weather was getting unsafe for travel and offered to move the dates by a day. Overall, we had a great stay.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025My husband and I booked this location for a family 4th of July weekend! The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Has an amazing porch and we were able to watch an amazing fireworks display right from there! It was a really great time! The communication between myself and the host was awesome!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Finally, for over 30 years, myself my son and 7-8 of my closest friend's have called Father’s Day wWeekend our annual fishing trip. It happens to be on the tail-end of Bike-week. Finding a home to stay that offers comfortable accommodations as well as a convenient location hasn’t always been easy. This property checked all the boxes! The host, Brenda, was amazing. Her communication and willingness to help with anything at all was nothing short of 5 star service. If I had to criticize anything, I would say the front yard needs a little TLC. Without a doubt, of the best home rental stays I have ever stumbled on.
