CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR REMACK RIDGE:
1. Max Occupancy (daytime & night time): 10 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 5
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties, including dogs
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

PETS ALLOWED:
We allow a max of 2 dogs only for a $250 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.


CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have four outdoor cameras: two surveillance cameras and two doorbell cameras. One surveillance camera overlooks the back driveway, behind the house; the other overlooks the side yard, deck and hot tub. For our doorbell cameras, there is one at the front door and one at the back sliding door. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, security and assisting guests who may have trouble with the digital front door lock.


PARKING, BOATS & TRAILERS:
There is space for several cars, trucks, and SUVs in the front and back driveways. The garage is not open for guest use. Due to underground sprinklers, driving over the lawns with vehicles or trailers is prohibited. There is room for trailer parking, however please contact us for more information. The driveway is on an incline and low profile boats, such as wakeboard boats, will scratch the road.


HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.


VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).


GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.

    Our host was responsive and the house was perfect for our 3 gen family of 10 and also well equipped, not something we always experience with other homes we have stayed in.The view was amazing and the 4 teenagers loved the basement bedroom/game room/theater room area.Also, for winter fun, close to the Echo Valley ski/tubing area - thanks for a great stay!

    Really impressive home close to a great beach for families (diving dock, roped off swimming area, grassy- no sand) and downtown Manson. It's also close to an amazing landscape of farms, vineyards and cidaries that was a brilliant bike route.View was stunning, neighborhood was quiet and friendly. There was so much thought put into our experience which was evident in the details. The couches throughout were so comfy and we had great movie nights in the theater room. The kitchen was well stocked, grill was easy to use and huge. Recommend the Farmers Market at the bottom of the hill.Worthy of note: the house is loud. Not a lot of privacy sound-wise. Beds had mixed reviews on comfort. While the town was walkable, there aren't sidewalks and the hike back up is significant (perfect for biking, or, if you're more like me, perfect for an e-bike for the climb back up!)

    What wonderful property! The living room furniture and bedrooms were all very comfortable and in good condition. A couple of suggestions would be more instructions on how to use the music system and tv and seating for eight around the table. We would highly recommend this property.

    This was an awesome house to stay for our 2 families. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the arcade game for the kids and young at heart. It's a beautiful home with many thoughtful touches for entertainment. We would come back and stay again if we come to this area again! Love the views!

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property, and it exceeded all expectations! The house was beautiful, updated, and immaculately clean. It was exceptionally appointed with everything you could possibly need—and then some. From kitchen essentials to thoughtful little extras, every detail was carefully considered to ensure a comfortable stay.The property management team was also excellent—responsive, helpful, and attentive to any questions or needs we had during our stay.I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway, and I would definitely stay here again in the future!

    We loved this home for our vacation. We were six adults and four children ranging in age from five months to 3 1/2. We had so much fun together and the house was very spacious to accommodate all of us. The view of Lake Chelan from the living room is so beautiful too!

    This property was great. I appreciated the extra touches like the charging station for multiple devices and an extremely well stocked kitchen. The coffee maker and the thermostat were simple to use. Loading and unloading the car from up back by the slider was easy (no stairs, right in to kitchen). My father has mobility issues, and the whole upper floor was accessible for him with his walker (coming in thru slider in back). View was as advertised. 5 minutes from Manson Market. TV was streaming only, with Amazon Fire Stick, which worked well for us, There is DVD player as well. Manager/Owners very responsive. Anything you would need is in the kitchen and nice quality too. Linens and bedding were nice quality. Water was hot, which we appreciated for using a hot water bottle for Dad. We did not use the hot tub or deck, but it looked nice and there was an inviting fire table out there. We would use this property again if the opportunity arose. Relaxing, comfortable, functional, clean, family friendly, but also great for girls or guys weekend.

    We had a great time here with our dogs. The house is very clean, well stocked with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside with our dogs in the patio. Lovely neighborhood to walk our dogs also.

    The property met all of our expectations, and exceeded some. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. Amenities were better than one generally finds in a vacation rental unit. It was kid-friendly for our toddler and pre-school grandchildren. Beds were comfy. The guest information packet was useful fairly complete, although I did not find hot tub operating steps (I figured it out easily, though). The lawn was well kept, good for the kids. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would consider staying here again, or recommending to a friend.

    We absolutely loved the view. The house was large and clean. Some improvements the owners could make: add some larger pots for cooking since the rental is for large groups we need to cook large quantities. We had to boil pasta in 2 small pots. Another thing that could be improved is the water pressure. I’d definitely stay again someday.
