Stayed Jun 26, 2022This property very out dated furniture gross and tore up curtains tore up and falling down wires hanging out of wall slider doors wouldn’t open to decks fire alarm none blood on sheets steps off balcony broke grill almost blew up so many things wrong very little cooking supplies had to go by Pans to cook not kid safe very disappointed in property would definitely visit same area and barrier dunes again never this property

Stayed Apr 11, 2021Cape San Blas is a wonderful vacation getaway. If you desire some peace and quiet, getting away from all the hustle and bustle... this is the place! However, this property was less than desirable. I have rented other condos in the Barrier Dunes community and they were wonderful. They were well maintained. This unit was… well… a dump! It was dirty, not maintained at all. Just to name a few things… one of the kitchen cabinet drawers was missing the bottom; bugs and spider webs in the corners at the ceiling; dirt swept in the corners; dining room chair cushions dirty; deck furniture broken; trash on the desk; deck was nasty; sliding doors broken (handle); TV sitting on 2 X 4’s; holes on the walls.. the list goes on… steer clear of this one!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Love the location, the beach, pickleball courts, and pools. This condo unit is in need of major repair, very distressed. Kitchen poorly equipped with a hodgepodge of things. Repairman fixed the oven and disposal while we were there. I requested and got silverware. Property managers were helpful.

Stayed Jul 10, 2020Enjoyed the property how ever several of the walls and half ways had crayon marks on them and a few water leak damage on the ceilings.

Stayed Jun 21, 2020It was okay. The living room furniture is terrible, and the decks are not child safe The coffee pot takes as long as 45 minutes to make a pot and never gives back a full pot.
