Relax within our warm, cosy, 2 super king bedroom, single level villa. Fully heated & airconditioned throughout all tiled areas being underfloor heated. Free unlimited WIFI, Samsung Smart Tv’s throughout, elegant fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom, and walk-in two headwaterfall shower all await!



The Space:

Our holiday home is single level and has a shared kitchen lounge area with large deck, all facing toward the incredible lake Wakatipu and Remarkable Mountains. All recently fully refurbished to a high standard. The lounge has a large 65 Smart Samsung QLED TV and the property has its own private fibre internet connection. The two bedrooms are of similar size, each offering a superking bed which can be split into two king singles upon prior request. Each bedroom is fitted with commercial hotel quality linen and bedding and luxury towels all being included. Each bedroom also has a 32' Samsung Smart TV. The bathroom is two seperate spaces, being a luxury walk-in shower room and seperate spacious WC room, ideal for families, friends, or groups traveling together. The walk-in luxury shower is our favourite, having two waterfall showerheads in the ceiling and a third shower hose. The Kitchen is fully equiped with all the modern neccessities, inclusive electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, seperate clothes washer and dryer machines, Nesspreso pod machine, press, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, juice blender, and all the pots, pans, cutlery wine bucket, cheese board, and glass ware, one might expect for place where we like to celebrate all things Queenstown!

The exterior of the property has its own private carport with storage/ski locker for guest use. There is also a secure power point within this from which resident guests may charge their own EV.

The Neighborhood:

Alpine Meadows is a mixed use residential area with amazing wide panoramic views overlooking the Remarkable mountains, Wakatipu lake, across to Kingston. Elevated from lake level, it offers incredible scenic walks including into town. (Great photo opportunities) A local grocery/liquor store, good Italian restaurant and bar, amazing fish & chip shop are all within 3 minutes walk. Their is a public bus stop directly opposite providing hassle free easy access to the city center and a children's outdoor playground is 2 minutes walk away, offers possibly some of the best panoramic views from any playground!



Getting Around:

At the end of our street and directly opposite is a bus stop. It is a 5-minute ride into central Queenstown. Alternatively, a taxi is a cost-effective way to travel locally. Uber is also very cost-effective and efficient, our own experience is very positive!

There are numerous cycle trails and walking tracks in and around the Fernhill area easiliy accessible from the apartment.

Please note: Our apartment is within a private cul-de-sac, which is mixed use inclusive residents and visitors. As such, we request all guests respect our neghbours, quite times, the environment, and the tranquility of this our very special place, thank you! :)



Interaction with Guests:

When we travel sometimes we want to be social, sometimes we do not. Similarly, sometimes we want advice and sometimes we like to discover things ourselves. With this in mind, we like to make arrangements with each guest to ascertain needs or desires. We will likely arrange to greet you on the first day of your arrival, this is to ensure you have everything you need and understand how things work in the house. We will answer any questions you may have and when we know a little more about your visit, likes, and dislikes, offer some friendly tips and ideas for your stay!
