Lake view home w/ deck, huge lawn, patio & outdoor kitchen - near downtown

Really liked the lay out and views of tgis property. There was very little maintenance done and multiple door handles and steps falling off. Problem with toilet handle falling off. Fridge would've close. Just a lack of routine maintenance but the property was beautiful.

Expected a clean and well maintained home and it more than met our expectations! Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we've rented this house and this time was much better. The few things that needed fixed the first time were fixed this time. The only thing is when we were checking out the list said to start the towels in the washer however there was no laundry soap. Other than that the stay was wonderful. Just a note, there is construction happening with multpile homes being built and they started the machinery at 7am on a Saturday!

I'll start with the property- the house is as it is shown in the photos. I didn't deal with the cleanliness issues noted in past reviews- everything was clean. The only issue inside was they do not have a vacuum that works and there was no broom, so after 10 days, it was a bit dirtier than I'd like. The issue for us, was actually everything outside the home itself. The house is directly next door from a major construction site. I counted like 6 homes being built. Almost every day (including the weekend) their work began around 6:30 am and was so loud it woke up my young kids and thus, me and my husband. It was also so loud, all day, that we could hardly sit outside and talk/hear one another. When I called Vacasa to report this and ask for a cheaper rate, the service was pretty terrible. I realize there are local ops and regional Vacasa operations. The local ops was terrible and we never even got a phone call from them. The regional ops did what they could, but said any reduction/refund in the rental rate would have to be handled by the local team. Again, we never heard from them. The only time they did anything helpful, was when I reported an active wasp nest on the desk and they (without calling ahead) sent out a few guys to deal with the pest issue. That was nice- but a call would be expected. Ultimately, I think this place was incredibly overpriced. I never would have booked the one big trip we saved for, at a location that would prevent us from sleeping in, or enjoying the outside- literally the two reasons we go to Chelan every summer. As a healthcare worker who really needed a break, this experience was disappointing. I won't book a Chelan Vacasa rental again.

The house was nice and very clean, the refrigerator was not keeping our food cool on the first day we arrived so some food went to waste. The master bedroom bathroom was shared with main level directly next to the kitchen kind of inconvenient. The casino was about 5 minutes away a block away! Overall nice house. Would stay there again

Could be a little more clean on the outside. When we arrived there was a pile of leaves in front of the front door that got tracked inside and then there was pee in the toilet upstairs and downstairs. The vacuum didn’t work and there was no broom / dustpan to cleanup during our stay. Beautiful home just can be more accessible to Cleaning products during the stay.

It was a beautiful home however the doors we had a hard time locking (French doors leading to patio both upstairs and down the deadbolts would not work). Also upstairs toilet the handle was sitting on the window seal when we arrived as it was broke off. Overall it was just what we wanted and I would stay there again!!

Pretty bare bones place that served our needs just fine. The view was nice, location was great, there was an awesome deck and outdoor cooking space that we didn’t use due to the season. Would absolutely book again.
