Everything was clean and organized. Check- in was easy, check-out was a breeze. The house was will equipped to handle my large family. It had all the necessities! Lots of steps and would suggest that the docks need boat lifts. Due to location it was difficult to keep boats secured

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Property management was great to work with.Plenty of space and two boat slips for our boats.The kids had lots of fun swimming and the fishing was awesome right off the dock. We caught several bass and bluegill. Two things to keep in mind when renting this place. There is about 70 steps to get to the dock and since we rented it during a busy time of year the waves were really bad and my bass boat was damaged from the waves. I think the owners should invest into two boat lifts to keep renters and owners boats safe.Next time I will definitely rent in a calm cove.Overall our experience was great though. The beautiful view and place made up for that.

Stayed Aug 25, 2024Beautiful and spacious! It was hard for the a/c to keep it cool but we spent most of our time down by the docks fishing and swimming. Pool table and foosball kept the kids entertained when not at the water. Food, gas station and boat rental all near by

Stayed Jul 31, 2024This place was great for a large group. There was plenty of room for all of us! They also provide enough supplies for a large group as well including pillows, blankets, toilet paper, ect. The dock and amenities they had by the water were fun. The only problem we encountered was refrigerator space- for feeding 20 people, it was hard to fit everything we needed into the one fridge, but was able to make it work!

Stayed Jul 1, 2024We stayed with our family and another. House was fine but everyone had cool-cold showers the entire stay which wasn’t great. Appreciated the washer/dryer on site. Dock and dock amenities were great! We spent a lot of time out there swimming and it wasn’t too rough. Also a good cove for tubing.
