Stayed Jul 2, 2025This well-equipped home is located in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed the deck, the use of a kayak and also swimming and relaxing by the dock. We cooked several meals and had most everything needed for food prep. The house was in close proximity to the State Park and everywhere else we wanted to go over the weekend. It was our first visit to Smith Mountain Lake, but we will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this home! We're a family of five with teens and a tween, and the space was perfect for us. The house was clean, well-stocked as described by Casago, and located in a quiet area — most nearby homes were weekend residences, so our Sunday-to-Sunday stay was peaceful and relaxing. We loved being able to rent a boat and keep it at the dock overnight, and we also took the kayaks out for a lap around the cove. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation — just what we were hoping for!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We had a great vacation with our small family. We loved the location in relation to the state park and went almost daily to let our toddler play at the beach front. We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Very comfortable family-friendly house. Well appointed house, comfortable beds, and great location. Stairs are a bit steep throughout the house is my only concern (hard for my elderly parents). Otherwise we had a great stay!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and quiet. Great communication with owner. Easy check in. They had books, games, and toys for kids. We enjoyed using the kayaks, basement game room, and fire pit. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock and seeing the deer in the yard. Would recommend.

Stayed Jul 31, 2023This property was perfect for half of our large family gathering. We had little ones in this house, so were pleased to find books and games on the shelves. Although I have rented many times via VRBO, it has never been via a management company. Communication was excellent with Casago throughout the entire process.
