The pond was beautiful and the ducks came everyday for the kids to feed seeds.

Converted carport style. Lake is green sewer smelling small pond. Everything on the cheap. Only one fork in tiny kitchen. No freezer so no ice in tiny cheap small frig. Tv cheapest Walmart tv with 29$ Roku you have to go behind tv to turn on off and volume. Cloth couch from the 70’s nasty. Furniture old thrift store junk with screws holding broken leg together. Outside cheap plastic chairs one broken so cheap afraid to sit it them. Only bugs I saw were spiders inside. Outside lawn overgrown with piles of brush a haven for snakes. Rundown abandoned house next door with bad roof. Stolen car was dumped Nextdoor at abandoned overgrown house. Bad poor run down area unless your from Columbia or South America. Photos were very deceiving almost left as soon as got there but knew anyone who offered this property would never refund us. 2 full beds cheap metal with 3” hard lower mattress and 2” foam top. Horribly disappointed with description very deceiving.

We really enjoyed our December 7-11 stay at the Lake Oasis. One of my kids and I met in Tampa to visit my brother. We traveled from Pittsburgh and Washington, DC, respectively, and loved the slowed-down setting and serenity of the lake. Yep, the ducks visited daily as did an adorable cat! We enjoyed beautiful mornings and sunsets and bought Duraflame logs for the fire pit. Pure bliss. The unit was clean and comfy and looked exactly like the pictures. We didn’t realize there wasn’t a freezer so got a cooler and ice for our ice cream that we left in the unit (the cooler, that is!). That was minor, though, and did not interfere with our fabulous visit. I’d definitely stay again.

Very comfortable stay. Maybe better suited for stays shorter than ours which was 30 days. Overall, it was a good experience.

The location & outdoor space are the greatest assets of this duplex! Perfect for just the two of us to get away

Overall the studio was clean and adequate for our stay. Enjoyed the deck on the pond. We had an issue one morning with the electricity going out. Turns out the fuse box was in the other half of the duplex. Not an ideal situation. Could use a few cosmetic updates as well as a few updates in the kitchen. Some areas of the neighborhood are run down, but all in all it was a nice stay. Alex was good about replying to our questions
