Stayed Sep 10, 2025The property is great as well as the views. Plenty of space for entertainment. The only thing I have to say that isn’t 100% positive is that there is only one private bed. All other beads are a shared room which I don’t believe was in the description. It still was not a huge issue for us but could see it possibly being uncomfortable for others. I will stay here again next year when I’m back in Loveland.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025This property is amazing! The views are outstanding. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We had a small wedding welcome dinner here and everybody was raving about the location. Stayed Apr 18, 2025Lots of unique amenities and so much eclectic charm in this lovely waterfront home. Great kitchen-fully stocked. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Lovely experience and amazing host....couldn't ask for better communication.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Three generations in town for a local family reunion. House is peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view. Lots of amenities. Pool table, paddle boards available. Great fun.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Every summer we gather our family members from across the US and get together for a week. We have been doing this for several years and we have had great places to stay. However this property, house and host are by far the best place we have gathered. More than advertised. Host was nearby and very informative. Helped with local directions and hot spots to go to. Retail, grocery and coffee shops all within four minute drive. Beautiful Mountain View over private lake. Spacious property outside as well as inside. The fresh Lilly on the kitchen counter was a special touch that was great to look at each morning. Thanks Ashley and family for sharing and making your property available for families to create memories. Ten stars out of five. Can not use enough stars to recommend this host and spot.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Great piece of property. The water & Mountain views are wonderful although, add the sunset and it couldn’t get any better. Great communication with the host that added great suggestions to places to check out. We will definitely be back!
