Lake Life: Amazing Weekday Specials! Dock, Swim Mat, Cove Water

Our stay was great and the house was perfect for what we needed!

We had a good vacation. The steps are quite narrow and hard to navigate. Enjoyed the great room with the ping pong table. The kitchen was well equipped. The house is a rental and well worn.

We were glad to find a place with 6 bedrooms, with a dock & right on the lake. There were some unexpected & appreciated touches, like extra shampoo/ conditioner / body wash, detergent & coffee, sunscreen, aloe, pans & sharp knives. The splash pad & ping pong table were great.We had some fun game nights, beautiful weather & nice family time. Couple things to know:The inside stairs are more narrow than usual, so could be a bit hard for some. Closet /pantry spaces was limited.Depending on the time of the cycle of the water system, the water is very salty and undrinkable. This could be mitigated with a bottled water dispenser. When we reached out they said they could direct us to the nearest place to purchase water for ourselves. The property management company tried repeatedly to get us to move to a separate platform for communication, which is not recommended.The morning of arrival they sent an agreement, not through VRBO. They did say they'd sent it earlier, but we never saw it. Concerns included that they are not obligated to check the property prior to your arrival so the condition is unknown and you are liable for any broken items. If the dock was broken, even through negligence of the owners and the renter was hurt/ killed, there was no recourse. They said it was standard and mutually protective, but that clearly wasn't the case. The options were to sign or leave.Lastly, a left item was requested returned (we'd pay s&h) & they failed to follow up.

This house was great for our group. Great location close to all the happenings.

No night fishing do to no dock light shower where molded was not a clean home unfinished patch works in main living area cleaning lady walks in to clean at 7am 3 whole hours before check out it was just a uncomfortable stay the surround sond was the best thing about the house really was not ready to rent

Great place for our hiking group to stay since there were so many twin beds. Price was great and amenities were too. The driveway is a bit intimidating so most of our group parked at the top. We had a blast. Definitely will keep it in mind for our next trip to that area. Communication with host was excellent.

For my group of 13 adults, we had a great time. The living room could accommodate all of us to hang out together (which we needed since it rained the whole time!), and the rooms were perfectly appropriate for the amount of people present. LakeDays was a great communicator.

We needed a place that could accommodate more than 14 people, and this place did just what we needed. Pros: The location was quiet, but still close to amenitiesThe deck was great with plenty of seatingLarge and Fully stocked kitchen supplies including crockpotsBoard game closet and ping pong was funCould accommodate 6 carsCons:The beds were not comfortable with the exception of one - all others could feel every spring in the mattress The hot water only lasted about 20 minutesThe stairs are VERY steep and all bedrooms are on upper level. The railings are unstable.Bunk beds have been 180 lb weight limitSmall dining table and not enough indoor seatingOverall, would likely spend a little more money and find a different rental next time

Great place

Christmas trip with my grown kids and their significant others and our new grand baby! The house was perfect! The bedrooms are upstairs and the entertaining area, kitchen and dining area are downstairs! Great set up and had everything we needed to cook and entertain! Also only 5 minutes to a gas station, 10 to a DG market and 15 to 20 minutes from multiple shopping spots and restaurants!

Our family spent some time at the lake house. It was perfect for some time away to be together. There was a large area to hang out together and lots of space to spread out. The view and atmosphere was beautiful. Everyone kept saying over and over how much they loved it. I liked how the living room /dining room and kitchen were in a separate area than the bedrooms so that those who were tired weren't bothered by those who still wanted to stay up and visit. We would definitely like to stay here again. (Some of the stairs might be hard for those with bad knees, but we didn't have that issue.) There were 15 in our group and it felt like sufficient space for all of us with paths to walk on and multiple areas to hang out both inside and outside.

This house was clean and great as far as size for a large group, what was provided in the home and had a nice view of a quiet location on the lake. The only issues we had were the garbage was never picked up all week even after notifying the property manager and the road to get in and out was treacherous which was not mentioned in the listing.
