Lake Lanier Luxury Estate w Pool

Family looking forward to returning.

The place was generally dirty especially the pool which was filled with dirt and leaves. We contacted the lady on our arrival whose name is Cody who manages the property and she sent someone the next day to clean the pool as we could not have the kids to swim in the pool in that state. Also there was a broken shelf in the pantry and broken doors and an alarm that kept going off in the basement of which we relayed to the lady on our arrival. There were stains on the sofas, cob webs all around the property, pool deck not clean, stains on sheets etc. The windows were filthy. The pool equipment was left out by the pool guy as well. We really made the best of it because it was our mom’s 75th birthday and we just wanted her to enjoy herself but overall the place although beautiful is not managed well.

Beautiful spacious home! Clean and comfortable! Cody was very responsive to all inquiries! Wonderful time had by all!

The house was as expected. Very clean with plenty of room for 12 family members. A few things: 1. We would have preferred a telephone number to either text or call in case of an emergency. Cody was very responsive but I didn't always get the email in timely manor because I don't check email very much when on vacation.2. There needs to be a book with written instructions for how to use TV's and what light switches controlled which lights. Some switches didnt do anything. Also the ceiling fans were great but they were only on / off and no control of speed.3. There could have been more bath towels.Abive are very minor.Overall a great place!

The house was great and large and you for everyone. The kitchen supplies were lacking, no crockpot, this skillets or scratched up for cooking breakfast, and we didn't want Teflon shavings in the food. No toaster but there was a toaster oven. No storage containers like Rubbermaid to store leftover food. The pool was overflowing past the skimmers so there was a lot of debris. Instead of waiting 3 days for the pool cleaner to arrive, we used a pool noodle to eject water from the pool return and decrease the level so at least the skimmer would work properly. And the icemaker downstairs never worked it just showed that it needed to be cleaned and filter changed. The house was lovely but there were definitely some issues.

This house accommodated our family of 16 perfectly. We came with 10 adults and 6 kids under 4 and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were there the week of the hurricane but Gainesville did not disappoint! We found an amazing children’s play place and a trampoline park, the guys managed to get some golf in and the girls some shopping in the cute downtown. The family room/kitchen area is huge and made gathering together fun and easy! Pool area too. Kids of all ages loved the basketball hoop!

Great design , Spacious, contemporary and comfortable furniture. I would have enjoyed an elevator as height of floors required long steep stairs. But still a wonderful home But all in all
