Perfect!! Very Family Friendly setting with an amazing backyard and patio! Comfortable beds and couches and ample room to hang-out! Close to historic Buford (adorable and cute restaurants) and 2 miles from Lanier Islands Resort (where conference and weddings occur). Morning strolls to the Marina! Host handled us with such care - even left brownies for our arrival! Don’t think twice - reserve this gem before someone else does!!

Everything was great except that the thermostat did not warm the house to the point that we would have liked. We were often sitting around with throws wrapped around ourselves. Other than that we loved it.

We stayed two nights in this lovely home. Brownies were waiting for us when we got there and they were very good. The only issue we had was the heat. The house was very cold when we got there. House has a heat pump and took a couple hours to heat the main living area. Great location! We enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous property and super kind host (who even baked us brownies!). We were in town for our daughter’s wedding in Buford, and this house was the perfect location for us to get to all festivities and have somewhere quiet to sleep after. House was immaculate, beds were incredibly soft, all amenities (towels, etc) were readily available, and checking in/out was super easy. Highly recommend staying at Luann’s property! She was lovely to work with!

We had so much fun hanging out with our friends wether it was having meals all of us together or sitting around the fire pit talking, laughing and listening to music.

Luann was the sweetest host and so responsive through the process. We had such a wonderful time. The house was clean and inviting. We felt like we were staying at a friend or family members home. The kids loved it too and said they didn’t want to leave the house. Luann was sweet to leave fish food for them so they could feed the fish in the pond. The yard was so charming and great for play as well. I could write so much more, but I highly recommend staying here and the lake was so incredibly beautiful. So many things to do and the location was extremely convenient.

We had not been to Lake Lanier for may years and wanted daughter and grandchildren to visit. This property was perfect for the size, arrangement and location!

As a trip for our 4 grandsons to visit Margaritaville at Lanier Islands, the location is beyond perfect! The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 4 queen beds that more than accommodated our grandsons. The master suite is on the main floor and the space is ah-mazing!!! I could go on for days as to how comfortable the bed is… Our hosts were so kind and informative and made sure I had all I needed to make our stay that much more spectacular 🥰We now know where we will stay every summer on our annual “grandson getaway”.

This property accommodated our family's needs perfectly. My husband and I were accompanied by 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren. Your home provided beds and space for all. The location was very convenient to our destination-Lake Lanier's Margaritavelle/Snow Island as a treat for our grandchildren for Winter Break. There were many convenient restaurants nearby. We arrived Dec 26 and were happy that the home was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Plenty of space for our 5 adults and 2 children. The kids LOVED the outdoor play spaces and adults enjoyed relaxing evenings by the fire pit. Home is conveniently located for exploring the lake area, cute town of Buford, Georgia Aquarium, Helen, GA, Chateau Elan, and more. Beds were comfy, water hot and with good pressure, Host was swift in communicating with any needs. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful property steps from the marina but felt like it was in the woods. Clean, fully appointed with all the Kitchen needs taken care of. Sitting room has a cozy feel and was decorated for the holidays which really helped set a relaxing tone. Spared no expense on the mattresses. Some of the comfiest ever. Water pressure was amazing. Owners were very responsive and helpful when we needed help with the thermostat. Location was great for what we needed. Would stay again if in the area again!

Very clean. More accommodating than the Legacy Lodge just down the road. The beds slept great!

This home was exactly what we needed, a cozy, relaxing hideaway, right in the heart of everything. A small group of friends stayed here while in town for a larger event. This was as perfectly close as anyone needed to get to the action at the resort, and just far enough to get away from it all and escape. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home with a wonderful layout! The backyard is also wonderful! The location is perfect! It is easy to access many local attractions and restaurants. This is one of the best owners I have ever rented from, contacted, and they provided a warm and welcoming experience. You know it will be great when you are welcomed with brownies! Our group was 4 friends with 3 children. There was plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. There is honestly not one negative thing or anything I would recommend changing. Thank you!!

The property was just about what the ratings and photos were listed on website. The only items that could have been improved was that the ice maker in the refrigerator was working . The host provided us ice cubes after we called her. Also I wish the shower/bath tub had grab bars.

The house was not only in a great location but was exactly as described online...very comfortable all around, particularly the master bed. My 19-month old loved the fish pond and slide in the back...kept him busy and burned some energy for nap time. The owners were so responsive with questions and left some fish food for us to have some fun with our son in their pond out back on their patio. I will definitely stay here again in traveling back to the Atlanta area...what a great experience!

Every year i plan a reunion between with my husband's brothers and wives. It is a chance for them to reconnect and enjoy each other while the woves get to hang out and bond. This house was perfect for just that. Wonderful location, beautiful accommodations, and well stocked with everything we needed. The personal letter and fresh made brownies were the perfect little touch. Look forward to booking here again!
