Lake it or Leave it! Lake House just one mile from Lake Cumberland Marina

Welcome to Lake it or Leave it! This family friendly lake house is located just 1 mile from Lake Cumberland Marina and 2 miles from Alligator 1 ramp. There is plenty of room for parking a boat and vehicles in the driveway. The house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen/dining, central living area, washer and dryer and a basement area for extra fun! Each bedroom has a queen bed and the couch in the living room has a pullout bed. A Pack N Play and booster seat are stored in the bedroomcloset for the little ones.

The back deck overlooks the beautiful ravine while you grill and enjoy the peaceful escape. The walk out basement/bonus area holds a bar, dinette set, seating area, and a second refrigerator/freezer. The basement, accessible only from the outside, opens up to the backyard with a picnic table and ample seating around a custom-made fire pit for your evening unwind after a long day on the lake.

Wifi is available and the password will be provided.

There is no cable, however there are smart TVs in the living room and basement that any of your favorite streaming apps can be found on.

Nearby Somerset is an easy 45-minute drive east. There are many things to enjoy in Somerset including vineyards, a water park, theater, restaurants, and shopping. Somerset also boasts an active festival, car show, and music event schedule.

Lakewood Golf Course is a 25-minute drive west if you want to bring your clubs!

Want to spend some time at the lake, but not on a boat There is public beach access by turning right onto Park Rd at the bottom of the ramp at Lake Cumberland Marina where you can relax on the beach or wade into the lake to cool off. The Marina is a short walk away from the beach. Take a walk on the docks and see all the beautiful boats waiting to depart to make memories on the lake. Want to leave your boat on the lake overnight The marina offers overnight slips for a fee.
