Stayed Aug 25, 2024This was a great cabin and in a very nice, secluded location. Being right on the lake and having our own dock made the stay so nice! We always had access to do water activities which was very convenient. The house was very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Aug 19, 2024We rented the Lakehouse and it worked really well for our family(2 grandparents, 3 grandchildren ages 4,7 and 9, and their parents). We all enjoyed the dock and waterfront for fishing, swimming, hanging out, and bonfires. We were able to dock our canoe and also launch kayaks from a small sandy spot. It is an older house with a rustic feel. All 3 bathrooms were really nice and updated, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and the gas grill was new. We loved having the leanto and the storage bin for firewood, life jackets, paddles, etc. The back hall was perfect for shoes and hanging coats The lower level bedrooms were nice and roomy, but it is a basement and you had to empty the dehumidifier most days. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids had a blast! It was quiet, yet very convenient to Old Forge. We would definitely rent this house again!
