Lake House Retreat! Near~Marina/Eateries/Grocery Relax/Fish/Boat/Nothin

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Home is wonderful

Location is perfect. We were visiting for GCSU Parents Weeken & Deep Roots 15 min drive from house to festival. Direct water access for boating & fishing large backyard for games. Covered dining at house and down by the lake. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had 6 adults a 4 year old and 8 month baby. Additional 2 adults came for one night.

Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Close to marina to put boat in. Caught several large catfish.

What a wonderful stay! We were in town for a family wedding and it was a perfect place!

House & Property was fantastic! We visited for the weekend with our dogs to visit our daughter at GCSU. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful trip to Lake Sinclair! The check-in process was very easy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the golf cart was a huge plus! The property was exactly as described. Location was perfect - restaurants on the water were close by either by boat or car and having Publix and Kroger less than 10 minutes away was great. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The house was a perfect size for 3 of us. We brought paddleboards and went right off the dock. Golf cart was a lifesaver. So close to town. We rented a boat so we could see the lake..Would definitely stay again.

House clean, beds comfortable, great deck to view the lake and to eat outside. Would stay again if the opportunity arises. Rate it a 10!

The Property was excellent and really appreciated the extras that were available including shampoo and soap, coffee, some food and that the TV was setup for viewing. The view is beautiful, and we had awesome time.

Overall an at home feel! No problems whatsoever.

House was squeaky clean very convient in a beautiful neighborhood on the lake everything immaculate. Very close to town could not have been better!!

We were in town for a wedding and this lake house was perfect for our family. We loved the location and the layout of the house. Having the golf cart was a bonus as we were able to visit family nearby. The hosts were great with communication as well.

Jeanette had heart attack at game. Had to leave early.

This was my first ever staycation as in staying local. I live 25 minutes away. The location was one of the biggest reasons I chose it and I am so glad I did. The house is set up great for 2 families because it is a split level. The yard is beautiful and there were 6 deer who visited us every morning and night of our stay. The boat dock was great to fish off of and the area around the dock was perfect for kids/adults swimming. I will definetly rent again if available.

We enjoyed staying on Lake Sinclair. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We rented a boat from the nearby marina and were able to dock it at the property easily. My family also enjoyed fishing from the dock. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Accurately describes and host provided several little extras to help make the stay more enjoyable. Great location and close proximity to grocery stores, marina, etc.
