Stayed Jul 2, 2025The house and location are nice and away from crowds. The house could be better organized and the trees and outside areas could use some clearing and cleaning up. Owner was quick to address and resolve any issues. Overall stay was enjoyable but had to leave early durle to family emergency.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Awesome location for bike week. And you can park bikes in garage. Big place with plenty of room for a group. Our only issue was the driveway is a smidge tricky when it rains.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024We stayed there for Laconia weekend 2024. 4 couples were very comfortable. The street up to a certain part to get to location is paved then dirt. The driveway dirt and rocks which is rough especially for motorcycle. Owner allowed easy early check in and we were able to park motorcycles in garage which was awesome. Home could use some maintenance but overall nice. The location was quiet and secluded. Only downfall with the location for us is distance not walkable to get to weirs strip which we would have preferred. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend to group looking for space, driving distance to fun, and seclusion.
