Lake House | Close to Swallow Falls State Park

Beautiful lake house. Our family and friends enjoyed our stay. But you need to call for the dock in advance to check availability. Very accommodating staff...

Very nice Property and we 3 families had nice time during thanks giving holidays. Weather was bad and we ended up inside most time, but none of us was boared. Pool table was great. House was kept perfectly clean. The kitchen need upgrade. Have dated appliances but worked fine. Need a better dining table though what is there matches with house ambience. The entertainment need upgrade. Recomend streaming Service instead traditional Cable wi-fi is great. Showers are noisy. May add fitness equipment like a treadmill to use for situation like snow where outdoor activity get limited. This house/area would be fantastic in summer or fall to visit.

We love the house but it does need a GOOD cleaning. Lots of cobwebs and dust on shelves, lights, and other areas.

The property was beautiful and met all our needs for a relaxing family spring break trip. We loved the fire pit and dock for outdoor fun. The house had the space we needed and comfortable, clean furniture. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. Thank you!

Great for our two families of six. Clean. Comfortable beds and common space (family rooms and kitchen). Just the cabin/lake house feel I was hoping for. Beautiful path down to lake. Private community. Convenient to Swallow Falls state park and Walmart Supercenter in Oakland. Would stay here again. For owners: grill pieces are falling apart and barely produce flames. Wasn’t able to use.

The spot on the lake is perfect! Very nice fire pit. The best pool table I’ve come across in a vacation house. Not huge, but very spacious and accommodating. The cons would be not even one roll toilet paper in the house when we arrived and the lawn around the fire pit was not maintained. It was not necessary, but it would have been nice if they had some 9 volt batteries some ware for the smoke detectors. Overall very much worth it!

Magical cabin in the woods with all the amenities! When our outdoor plans changed because of bad weather, this beautiful cabin had plenty to do!! We made a big dinner, watched movies by the fire, and played cards and pool all while surrounded by the beautiful landscape. The huge window made it feel like you were part of the outdoors!

enjoyed every minute but since it was after labor day many resteraunts were closed. Played golf which wasn't far from the lake house. house was well stocked with dry wood for fire pit, kitchen had every utensil we needed.....enjoyed the peace and quiet

Excellent property with all the privacy you need. Very secluded natural setting. Great bass fishing right off the dock. Easy access to area attractions. Will stay here again as our entire group had a wonderful time.

Property is exactly as described. Short walk via private trail to the water; perfect for kayaks/canoes. Beautiful home with a back yard/deck that has a secluded feel even though neighbors to the left are close by. There was a small mess on the side deck from the previous visitors dog, but otherwise the home was very well maintained and very clean upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this home.

The house and location were amazing! Everything was exactly as advertised in the listing. It would have been nice to know that the dock was removed until April, but we could have found that out with just some minimal research into Deep Creek Lake's regulations (all docks need to be out Nov 30 - April 1). The house was very clean, which is great to walk into and feel comfortable. Our only complaint is that the beds were very uncomfortable. Replacing the mattresses or adding those eggshell mattress toppers would make a world of difference for sleep. Overall, it was a great property and we had an amazing time.
