Sit on the front deck or the back porch and enjoy the view of the lake and the wildlife (deer, hummingbirds, etc).The main floor has 3 spa-like bedrooms and 2 spa-like bathrooms. The main floor has a great gathering place with the kitchen open to the dining space and living space. Don't miss any touchdowns while you are cooking with the 65 Roku TV easily viewable from the kitchen. The kitchen is a gourmet chef's dream with all amenities. The downstairs walkout basement game room has an additional sectional sofa, 65 Roku TV, card table, , a kitchenette as well as a private bedroom with a queen bed and 1 rollaway twin bed and a full bathroom with shower. A 5-minute walk to Davis Beach. Pups are welcome, poop bags and a trash can on the back porch are provided for your convenience of cleaning up after your pup. Absolutely no smoking/vaping allowed on this property and a fine of $500 will be incurred if this rule is not respected. Exterior cameras in front and back of this property are in use for safety.
