Great Stay- Excellent Host-really nice place

Coming from the frozen tundra, our expectations from pics posted to what we saw was spot on!!All rooms were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed.Lots of room to spread out. Laundry is right off kitchen. Open concept w/glass patio doors and fantastic views from each. Great pool w/a big sitting area.Lots to see and do just minutes away!Matt is a very attentive host.This wonderful relaxing place is on my Vrbo list to go back to!!

The home was perfect. Had everything we needed. The hosts obviously put a lot of time and effort in to their rental. Top of our list to stay there again.

The house was extremely clean, well equipped and good location. The lake view is delightful. The host was very receptive and available. The pool filter motor was broken. The host came over and tried to fix it but couldn't. We didn't use the pool and that was very disappointing. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The lake and pool are nice. The house was clean throughout and well maintained. Close to restaurants and groceries. I would recommend fixing the lights in the terrace and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. A bit of traffic noise, but other than that, perfect.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Close to stores and restaurants, Ft Myers isn’t too far away! The house is updated was beautiful inside with a great backyard. Would definitely stay again next summer! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Flew down from Wisconsin for spring break, the house was easy to find, very clean and perfect for a home base to come back to everyday and relax. The pool is clean and warm. Property and lake is well kept. House layout is great for a family and has laundry and well stocked kitchen with all the dishes and cooking necessities. The road is very busy but manageable. The owner was super responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this for your vacation.

Loved being on the lake - always a great view. We spent a lot of time in the lanai.There is road noise from Hancock Bridge Parkway that we did not like, but our white noise machine covered much of it while we were sleeping. Had everything we needed for cooking. (we did not use the gas grill)Matt was very responsive. The pool had some challenges - heating, no cover, evaporation. The pool cover might have been in the garage (we did not have access to the garage). Very enjoyable stay.

Super

We were in town for a Baseball tournament and this was a great choice. The house was spotless! The pool and lake were perfect to keep our teens busy when we weren’t on the go. I’m pretty picky about where we stay and was super nervous but we felt so comfortable and were able to relax!

The veiws are great. The owner is very prompt and always was available if we had questions or concerns. The house is clean and spacious. 5 star visit!
