Lake Hefner / Spacious King Bed / Foosball & Games

It was as advertised. We were able to sleep eight people comfortably. It is a good option at a good price. The neighborhood is safe and has a sideway for evening walks. The property itself is older but efficient and clean. It is close to anything you need. We were able to get take out and bring it back to the house for our large group. The owners we responsive and communicated clearly. The information on the packet was informative and easy to follow. We would do it again. Thank you.

We needed a rental house for family visit, and this one worked out very well. Well located, impeccably clean, spacious, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Bill and James were great hosts, immediately helped when we needed some help, communicated with us without imposing on our privacy.

The location is good for visits between the Paseo district and Edmond (middle spot). We only used one of the four bedrooms so we had ample room. It is in a decent suburban location so I would say that your visit will determine if this is the right spot for you. Bill was very easy to work with on all transactions.

Nice place to stay with nearby food and shopping places, house was clean and ready for our arrival. Our host Bill was very understanding and polite. Definitely recommend!!

My wife, grown children and I stayed at Bill’s place to visit my son and his now growing family. The location worked well for us and the home was very comfortable and clean. Bill was welcoming and responsive and communicated very well with us, both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again on future visits to OKC.

Brian was excellent, and accommodated several of our particular needs. The place is clean and comfortable. Bathrooms had little shampoos and body washes, which was a nice touch. Lots of convenient and comfortable seating in the living room, as well. The Foosball and chess table were nice additions as well. The kitchen features a Keurig type coffee maker. Communication with Brian was efficient and second to none. He really cares about the comfort of his guests.

The rental was beautiful. Had a mishap and thought one bedroom had a Queen and twin, to find out it was 2 twins, but in all we made it work. It was fully stocked and you could tell the owners take a lot of pride in their property. Would easily stay again!!
