Lake Havasu Home with heated Pool, just 3 minutes from the Lake

This vacation was so amazing. We absolutely enjoyed this house. We want to rent this house twice a year now. Russ communicated with us whenever we texted right away. The pool was so comfortable and clean. The house was immaculate. We had everything that we needed. Location was easy to find with anything you near near by.

Beautiful home. Very close to Windsor Beach. Great host. Communication with host was great. Second time staying here. Would definitely stay here again.

We love being able to rent a place where two families can be together! After a fun day on the lake, we were also able to keep the kids busy with the pool in the evening.

We have stayed here over the years and it’s our favorite place to stay! Everything about it is as advertised, the host/owner is great and we would highly recommend it…. Just not in the weekends we want to stay there.

Check in was a breeze prime location for the town restaurants bars and launch ramps all all about 3 miles from everything only down side is the stores are 23 minutes away from the house

The house is close to everything but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is relaxing and the kitchen has everything you would need.

The house was very comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of three. Also, having a washer and dryer was so nice. No laundry to do when we got home! We loved the back patio and pool area. It’s perfect for nightly dinner. In addition, the location was very convenient. It is located literally minutes from State Park where we launched our boat. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place for us to get away from our hectic lives. Very quiet neighborhood yet close to absolutely everything. The home has everything you need and nice little notes located at strategic locations in the home are helpful. The pool was refreshing. We were expecting the water to be hot since the temps prior to our week there seemed crazy but the pool was excellent. Great to sit out and read. Would stay here again! We had a great time, plenty of amenities and plenty of room.

Our second time staying at the home, once again it did not disappoint. Just the right amount of beds for everyone to get a great night sleep. The house came equipped with every thing you’ll need, from towels for the heated pool, to the kitchen being fully stocked with dishes/pans. The location is perfect, near our boats storage unit & Windsor launch ramp. Made for less driving around. We look forward to our next stay here!

Home is in a great location;Close to market, food options and London Bridge. The pool is a nice size for all to enjoy. The swim up table and baja bench with the umbrellas in the pool are wonderful amenities. Definitely a great home for family and friends to enjoy.

It was right between 2 places we frequent, Windsor and Mudsharks, the perfect location. Would love to rent from them again. :)

This house is very clean very comfortable roomy. The pool area was very nice. Had umbrellas for the pool pool furniture.
