Stayed Jun 15, 2021Property is in a great location. We went with two other families and had enough room for the adults and kids. We did have a little hiccup with the AC in the casitas when we first arrived, but Brian got someone out right away to fix it. We weren't able to use the it the first night, but the house was big enough that with a little rearranging we were able to make it work and he was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience. The great room was big enough for everyone to hang out after a day on the lake and the pool was perfect with the baja step and table with umbrella. It was great to sit in the pool, have a few snacks and a drink in the 115 degree heat. Another successful trip to Havasu in the books!! :)

Stayed May 20, 2021Went with close friends and their two young kids. Perfect, clean layout with the pool, living area, and casita. Also has quick access to the main road to get to the London Bridge area. Will definitely be back.
