Stayed Feb 17, 2025Everything from initial booking to our stay was excellent. Had one issue with slow drain and communication was easy and issue resolved within an hour. The house was in great condition and very welcoming. We paid to heat the pool and it was used almost every day. First time in the area, had a great time and will come back.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Nice place - we'd come back. Straight forward check-in and out procedures. Great communications between management and tenant. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. (but... if you are gonna take a dip in the excellent, crystal clean pool - pay for the heat. Even in LHC) We had a great time - Thanks

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Property was good overall, Pool was great. Great for 4 couples , plenty of room for entertaining. Were some comments in the group regarding the cleanliness of the tiles floor. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice home with a great pool! We always love coming to Lake Havasu. This house on the golf course was beautiful and clean. The only concern we had was not being able to use the garage….. and driveway is steep to park on.

Stayed Nov 1, 2022Nice house, well equipped, lovely immaculate pool. Comfortable beds. Kiki was very responsive. Need to update entry code on notifications. Would defiantly stay here again.
