Lake Hartwell water front with private dock, sleeps 15

This property is beyond amazing. Truly 5 star accommodations. The lake views are beyond spectacular. The dock entertained the grands even in 40* weather. The host went above and beyond preparing for our special family gathering.

Great place with plenty of room for a large group!

This property is stunningly gorgeous. All 13 adults were in awe. The sleeping accommodations were very comfortable and worked well with couples and singles. We loved the ceiling fans in every room and outdoor space. The dock area and lake was beautiful and we enjoyed hanging there. The kitchen was super well-equipped and stocked. The house was extremely clean. The porches and dock had some spider webs we had to clean off but we were early in the season. We had lots of room and nobody was tripping over each other but the common areas encouraged group togetherness. We are looking forward to our 2nd cousins reunion here!

This house is absolutely beautiful!! It is stocked with anything you could possibility need. This is our second stay here and can't wait to book it again.

We enjoyed a family getaway for a Clemson graduation. This house had everything and then some. Four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms was perfect for the multiple family units that stayed with us. The bunk room was the perfect retreat for the adult cousins. The upstairs lounge room with its own balcony was a cozy escape from the activity on the first floor. This house was built with care and thoughtfulness. So much space and storage. And oh, the amenities. Stocked with everything you could dream of needing. We rented a boat and enjoyed the lake and large docK for fishing.

This was such a well stocked, accommodating house for a large group. We loved the spacious gathering space, the view of the water & the enormous amount of seating.

Beyond perfect. The short version. Beautiful, large, clean, well-stocked and great location. Now the long version. Just a few moms bringing their kids on a short getaway. All of us agreed that the place was better than the photos. All of the rooms and bathrooms were a nice size. Every room had its own bathroom. The bunk (kid's) room was huge and very well thought out. It sleeps 6 very comfortably with plenty of space. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was huge and had EVERY pot, pan, gadget you would need. The owners left enough paper products, trash bags, detergent, dish soap for our entire stay. I have rented many homes and that was a first. Tons of games and puzzles available. We used the kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods and golf cart daily. Even caught a fish off the dock! We rented a boat and easily docked it overnight. The view from the dock was beautiful. The lake was practically empty the entire holiday weekend. So quiet and peaceful. Ingles was 20 min away and was actually very nice. I have bragged to all of my friends about this house and I hope to return regularly. Negatives (but not really)...water pressure in my (upstairs) bedroom could have been better. I missed having a garbage disposal. We had to wash bedsheets in two bedrooms because of guests with eczema. We think the use of dryer sheets was the cause. A quick wash and everything was fine. I highly recommend this gorgeous home.

This house is absolutely beautiful! You couldn't ask for a better place and location! We had more than enough room for our group of 10 and the house is very well stocked with just about anything you could possibility need. We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked it again.

This property was absolutely perfect for our party of 15! Ample bedrooms/beds and large open living areas really created an environment where we could all enjoy each others company without feeling cramped. The house and property were chuck full of amenities (Monopoly, Jurassic Park Edition was absolutely played) leaving you wanting for nothing. A bunch of us wandered down to the dock and low and behold, there were already a bunch of adirondack chairs and foldable rocking chairs so everyone could hang out and enjoy the cool wind whipping off the lake. On top of the amazing layout of the house, the hosts already had a bunch of staples stocked for our use (seasonings, spices, coffee, paper towels, plates, etc.) which made cooking meals so much easier. If that wasn't enough, the host, Natalie, was one of the best I've ever encountered. Regardless of whether I reached out before, during, or after the trip, Natalie got back to me within an hour of me reaching out. Incredible house with an even more impressive host equaled a weekend all of us will not soon forget!

The property is absolutely beautiful. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The thoughtfulness and care used to furnish it was awesome. Working with Steve made it a smooth process.
