Lake Hartwell Vacation Rental w/ Boat Dock & Slip!

Great Lake cabin. Enjoyed the stay.

Enough space for 4 teens to spread out. Loved the screened porch in the evenings. Easy access to the lake.

Gorgeous property in such a nice quiet neighborhood.

The property was everything that my friends and I needed for a relaxing weekend by the lake.

Enjoyed the stay, home were prefect for the two families of four. Living area was prefect for family to interact and the dock was prefect for the boat and afternoon swims! Boat ramp was close by which was a huge convenience. Plenty of parking in driveway if needed.

Firstly, we had a great time with family. The interior of the home is beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. It appears much time and effort was spent making the interior attractive and that was noted and appreciated. That being said, there are functional issues that need improvement. The rear exterior of the home photos don’t represent the homes current condition. The screen porch was a cluttered space that stores large outdoor toys (paddle board, oars, rafts) and had little comfortable space to sit and enjoy the view. Furniture consisted of bar stools and metal chairs. The stairs to the lake are in deteriorating and borderline hazardous for small kids and older adults. This limited use by some of our family members. The kitchen in the home is beautiful. However, the cookware was horribly old with visible rust showing on some pots/pans to the point we didn’t feel comfortable using them. The microwave and ice maker do not work. They have installed a countertop microwave but it is so small you can’t use it for much. If you plan to make a big family meal (we had 11 adults/kids) here you will have issues. We point these things out hoping the owners weren’t aware and could consider some corrections. The house has the ability to be a 10 but probably rates a 7 in its current state.

Nice layout and recent update. Outside and porch weren’t cleaned and bbq and fire pit were filled with ash and wet wood and needed thorough cleaning before we could use them. No trash bags or paper products provided. Outside of those minor issues, great rental.

My only negative is the property was said to have power at the dock. It appears power was indeed there at one time but it is now non-functional. I had two extension cords with me but still had to buy 3 more locally to reach the closest working outlet. Other than this we enjoyed our stay and found the home to be very well stocked.

The location of this house was perfect and the neighbors are very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at 322 Sunrise Circle. The house was very clean and all the amenities were as described except for cooking utensils and frying pans. We had to purchase a pan and left it for future guests. Overall, our stay was quite nice and comfortable.

This is a beautiful, well maintained home in a nice, quiet cove. Beautiully decorated. Enjoyed the paddleboard and floats. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the bathroom layout. In order to access a full bathroom, two of the bedrooms have to use the bathrooms in the other two bedrooms.
