Lake Hamilton Escape w/ Boardwalk & Boat Dock!

We had the the best stay! The house had everything we needed and more! The kids played in the lake and had a blast, jumping off the dock. We brought our own lifejackets because we weren’t sure if there would be any and I’m glad we did. Check in with seamless and we really enjoyed the welcome basket and sample of drinks in the fridge. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We had a great time with our group. The house is a perfect location on the lake with stunning views.

This is the perfect house for a family vacation. There are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms on the main floor along with 2 large tables and several cozy couches for lounging and looking out at the amazing view of the water and the tree covered hills across the lake. The tower has bedrooms plus a cozy hangout room (very cozy couch for napping). The porches are large and have great views. There’s a very nice rock sundeck by the water… For us, it was handy to have the ramp nearby to put our jet skis in and tie them to the dock. The neighbors were very nice. Lots of parking in the driveway. There are some stairs down to the water, but they are built in a way that didn’t even bother my knee (I’ve had 4 surgeries). They are short/wide steps with landings so easier to manage. And finally, this area of the lake is beautiful and not too busy. We highly recommend bringing friends and family and enjoy all this great lake house has to offer!

It was a beautiful home and property. We enjoyed being able to walk down the pier and swim. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep.

We had a great time. It’s a very homey and comfortable place to stay. We will definitely stay here again. Our host was the best! She was so easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly. She made our stay so much easier. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Last minute getaway with some friends and our kids before school starts. It was perfect! The plan was to visit Hot Springs but we never made because they kids had so much fun hanging out in the lake. We all slept comfortably and were able to hang out together and not fell crowded. A perfect weekend.

Our family of 11 stayed comfortably at the Blue Roost. The host was great, the place was cute and clean and stocked. We really enjoyed it!

Very nice location

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. We had 6 children ranging from 7-15 and 2 adults and had plenty of room. The tower is great for mobile kids but even small kids would do well on the downstairs sleeper sofa in the tower. The view is a dream. I think there’s 5 or 6 outdoor sitting areas, all with a great view. Even the front yard patio has a nice view of the landscaping. Everything was very clean and the lake is so convenient to just jump into on a hot day. We had all the pots we needed to cook with. I only found one pan but I also didn’t look that hard. The lake is deep so bring life jackets or floats. We used pool noodles and life jackets. It’s about a 20 min drive into town but I loved how peaceful it was being out in the country away from the hustle of the city. I will say, if you go outside at night be quick about it! It’s the country and bugs get in fast. Nothing negative about the house, just a tip. That being said, mosquitoes weren’t really an issue and we saw lots of beautiful lightning bugs. I’d love to stay here again .

This is the second time we've spent a week here and we love it! The house is so fun and Lake Hamilton is beautiful! We will definitely go back again ?
