Welcome to Loenneth (The Lake House)This all brick home is right on the lake with a dock to tie your boat up to or to fish off of. The 1700 sq foot home is full of large windows with breath taking views. The all brick large patio surrounds 3/4 of the house with a table that seats 6 for outside dining with umbrella. There is a large fire pit for hanging out at in the evenings with all the wood you need.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024This property was absolutely beautiful. We traveled 14+ hours and this property did not disappoint. The home is extremely clean. The location is great. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The kids loved being on the water. My son said the fishing was epic. Renee is a great host.

Stayed Aug 8, 2021This area is a hidden gem, so quiet, serene and beautiful! The beautiful view from the house and backyard are truly spectacular. Renee really set up this house so you will feel at home! We've actually never stayed at a home so well equipped! Our extended family all had their own space in this beautiful home. We also had so many fun activities that were provided to choose from- Beaches, pools, kayaks, paddleboat, innertubes, life jackets, ladder ball golf, fire ring, fishing and the list goes on! We can't wait to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 30, 2021This is a wonderful property for a quick get-away as it's convenient to Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St. Paul and the Chicago area. This home was a great meeting point for our family. Plenty of space with a nice kitchen area. Renee was very responsive and easy to work with. She is a Super host and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right regarding life jackets, kayaks, and helping with suggestions for a local fish fry. Lake Arrowhead Lodge was fantastic and really enjoyed the pool area. Great prices for food and drinks. Sandhill Wildlife Area was a nice side trip along with the many golf options at Sand Valley and Lake Arrowhead.. I'd stay here again! We had an awesome time with our family.

Stayed Jun 27, 2021Although we have rented vacation homes over the past few years, this was our first lake house experience. Most of the time it was just my wife and I, but we did have an overnight stay with one of our daughters and her family. Renee was a great host - answered all our pre-arrival questions and responded quickly to our post-arrival queries. She mentioned she had recently started renting the property and was open to suggestions for improvement. Lake Arrowhead has two nice golf courses and a new clubhouse area. The private beach locations were also nice and well maintained. The public beach was great - a sandy, shallow area where the kids could splash around and swim. The nearby Lake Petenwell is very large and has several food and beverage options. The short drive to Wisconsin Rapids opens up more choices for groceries, dining, et.al. All-in-all it was an enjoyable stay.
