Lake front - Newly renovated - Gorgeous Views - Close to trails!

Was great! Beds were comfortable. We all slept good. Hot water capacity could use some help. If both showers or tub get used it will run out of hot. Could use a little cleaning out front and out back. Couch cushions pretty worn and cracking. Underneath unheated so floors are on the cold side. Otherwise a nice quiet comfortable stay.

The house and view were awesome. There’s a hike down to the water that we enjoyed starting our morning with. Overall two thumbs up.

We had a great stay! Loved having our coffee and breakfast out of the deck with the view of the lake! Our only complaint is the water didn’t stay warm for very long. Bathing 3 kids took a little longer than expected.

Lake Avalon views

Just what we needed to travel around during the day and enjoy the fall foliage. Should update photos of renovations in the living areas on website. Only one noisy neighbor.

Garbage was not picked up upon arrival.

Great Bella Vista home. 3 couple stayed together. Very clean. Nicely updated. Plenty of supplies available. Bit of a climb back up from the lake, but well worth it. Wonderful, peaceful stay.

Loved the place. Host was very nice.

On the inside, the house was very clean. Comfortable beds. Bed linens good. Plenty of seating. Kitchen furnished. Nice appliances. On the outside, lawn was not mowed. Grass was tall. Deck furniture was very dirty. The concrete under carport (entry way) desperately needed to be blown or swept. There was loose trash. In the front bedroom there is a small hole in the floor that we plugged with a paper towels. We were not sure if bugs could get in.

We traveled from Wisconsin for a wedding in Bella Vista and our VRBO was awesome. To enjoy spring in such a great house on the water was perfect. We even went Kayaking! Thanks for such a wonderful way to enjoy a weekend away.

The location of the house is very good. Close to eating and shopping but also located in a quiet area. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have encountered. There is a claw foot tub in the master bathroom that is amazing!! There has been a lot of thought put into addressing any need you might have. Would highly recommend this house for your stay.

We enjoyed the property. The manager was excellent. It had everything we needed and was a great home away from home.

We had a wonderful time. Everything we wanted and needed was readily available. The stocked kitchen was a bonus since we were cooking a Thanksgiving meal. We all really enjoyed it!

The house was clean and had lots of seating. That made the house seem smaller than it actually was. The mass of falling leaves made it impossible to maneuver down the hill to the boat dock. Beds were comfortable and clean - a plus for extra blankets. We didn’t do any cooking but we had plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The master suite was well appointed and the bath was huge. We would stay at this house again. Wished it had a fenced yard since it’s dog friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautifully maintained property in Bella Vista. Every amenity has been thought of and provided. We had a lovely stay and felt “at home” from the moment we arrived! Would highly recommend and we hope to return for another visit in the future.

The house was nice and clean and in a great location.

Had my bridal shower here and it was a great place for all of us to get together. Having the lake in the back was a great touch. The hike down and back was not for the faint of heart but doable.

While this property has beautiful pictures and great reviews, our experience was very disappointing. We had to contact VRBO directly as the host information was not accurate and we never did have direct contact, needing to work with VRBO to get access. The host on file with VRBO was also incorrect. Checkin was delayed as a cleaning lady was still on site trying to get things done. Some of the bedding was not changed and there was all sorts of dog hair and dust bunnies throughout the house. Kitchen appliances and floor were sticky as well with food particles left around the stove. We spent the first couple hours of our stay cleaning so the babies could play on the floor. In addition the TV remote was not working along with several lights fixtures. There were trash bags with rotting food left on the back patio, the front entrance was dirty and the stairs leading to the lake are eroded and very treacherous. We were not able to contact the host for any assistance as the information on file with VRBO was incorrect. The house was well equipped and the view was lovely. This property is in need of some serious care and created a very disappointing stay for our family.
