Lake Forest 3303 - Sea Pines One Level Condo

We were very happy with our Villa. It had a great layout and tastefully decorated. It was in a beautiful setting in the woods by the lagoon. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the location, but some might think it is a little far from the beach and Harbourtown. We rode our bikes most of the time and loved that.

Location was good.

The unit needs some renovations. The second step leading into the unit is sinking. Also the entryway has sinking boards. The worst part is the entry area leading into the master bath. That area is sinking so bad that it feels like you are going to crash through. There are some serious upgrades needed. Very outdated.

We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning watching the turtles and the giant allegator! We only had one issue, the lock on the front door stopped working, I called the office and within 10 minutes someone was there to make sure everything was working correctly, turns out just a dead battery. We had an amazing time and will look at this condo again when we plan our next trip to HHI.

Reviewer Comments: We had stayed at this location 3 years ago and they simply have not kept up with the property. Cleaning was questionable will soiled sheets and toilets having rings. Palmetto bugs dead and left in rental.

Overall the place worked for our short stay. Pictures are accurate. Loved the separation of the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was good and complex was quiet. My only disappointment was that the place needs a serious spring cleaning. Everything appears clean but things like the baseboards, blinds and even the shower glass need attention. Even the inside of the dishwasher was filled with leftover dishwasher soap. Not sure if it works properly. With some spring cleaning, the place could go from good to great!

Very nice facility. Great location and very clean. Sliding doors are difficult to open and close. Nice covered deck
